With the implementation of emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty's tuien order, the princely states began to flood, splitting the counties into states or new counties, and in the Eastern Han Dynasty, the number of counties at the level of the county state increased greatly, and the number of counties under the jurisdiction of the counties became smaller, basically a few or a dozen.

Zhuo County was abolished because of the flooding of the county level during the Southern and Northern Dynasties. During the Five Hu and Sixteen Kingdoms, Northern Wei, Eastern Wei, Northern Qi, and Northern Zhou Dynasties, the territory was narrow (equivalent to one or two states of the Two Han Dynasties), but the three-level system of Han Prefectures, Counties, and Counties was copied, resulting in one prefecture having jurisdiction over only one or two counties, and one county only having jurisdiction over two or three counties and four or five counties, and the county level had become indiscriminate.

Today I know the answer: Sui Zhuo County is Beijing, Zhuo County is ZhuoZhou.
