1 duck
Rapeseed oil to taste
Freshly dried red peppers to taste
Peppercorn star anise cinnamon 1 small bowl

Beer half bottle
Raw soy sauce to taste
Old soy sauce in moderation

1 large bowl of boiling water
One scoop of red square tofu milk

<h2>Practice steps</h2>
1: Blanch the duck in cold water, then boil the bleeding water, remove it and wash it with cold water
2: Heat the rapeseed oil, add garlic, pepper, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant
3、 Add the duck you just prepared, stir-fry for about a minute, add a little rice wine, beer to taste (half a can or a can)
4, add salt, soy sauce, red square curd milk, sugar, a small piece of hot pot base, add boiling water over the duck, cover the pot lid and stew, put in the chicken essence before putting out.
