The 41st session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Pudong New Area elected Li Yongming as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The 41st session of the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Xuhui District elected Zhong Xiaoyong as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The 39th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Changning District elected Zhang Wei as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The 46th session of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People's Congress of Baoshan District elected Liu Jianzhong as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
At the 50th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Jiading District, Zhang Was elected as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The 43rd session of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Songjiang District elected Liu Jie as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The 44th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Qingpu District elected Xu Jian as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The 50th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Fengxian District elected Yuan Quan as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The 33rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress agreed with the examination report of the Qualification Examination Committee for Deputies, confirming that the qualifications of Li Yongming, Zhong Xiaoyong, Zhang Wei, Liu Jianzhong, Zhang Wei, Liu Jie, Xu Jian, and Yuan Quan were valid.
The deputies to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress elected by Yangpu District and the former professor of the Department of Physics of Fudan University, Feng Donglai, a former professor of the Department of Physics of Fudan University; Liu Yan, a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and former vice minister of the Organization Department of the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee, elected by Jinshan District; and Wei Baokang, former president of the China General Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry Research and deputy secretary of the party committee, elected by Fengxian District, have all been transferred out of their respective administrative areas.
The Standing Committee of the Pudong New Area People's Congress decided to accept Yu Lijuan's resignation as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
The Standing Committee of the Hongkou District People's Congress decided to accept Wu Xinbao's resignation as a deputy to the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Representation Law, the qualifications of Feng Donglai, Liu Yan, Wei Baokang, Yu Lijuan, and Wu Xinbao were terminated.
Up to now, the 15th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress has 868 deputies.
