Production Process:
1: 1 skewer for 5 cake sticks, prepare 4.
When using frozen cake strips, blanch them in hot water in advance, then rinse with cool water and use.
2: Pour 1cm high cooking oil into the pot and fry the cake strips over medium heat. Fry for 3 minutes at the front and 3 minutes at the back.
3: Put the fried cake strips on the oil absorbent paper to remove the oil.
4: After turning the heat to medium heat, mix well with water, soy sauce, syrup, sugar, oyster sauce and minced garlic in a preheated pot. Wait a little while and then add the fried cake strips and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
5: After reducing the soy sauce seasoning to half, turn off the heat when the sauce is reduced to 2 spoons after frying for 1 to 2 minutes.
6: Put cake strips on the plate, sprinkle some peanuts and finish.
