Nutrition experts explain that from the perspective of calcium supplementation, soybean milk cannot be used instead of tofu. The nutrient content of soy milk is mainly determined by the amount of water added, and the calcium content is only 5 mg/100 g, which is 1/20 of milk. And tofu because of the addition of coagulant, the calcium content is greatly increased. For example, the calcium content of north tofu and south tofu is 105 mg/100 g and 113 mg/100 g, respectively.
