On the other hand, we will make every effort to promote emergency measures for sewage discharge. Before the pipe network is fully completed, multiple measures are taken at the same time to take emergency measures to ensure the effective treatment of domestic sewage. First, in 2018, 3 new integrated treatment facilities were built to collect and treat the domestic sewage of Dashan Puchang Town; the second was to raise funds to complete the construction of the sewage interception pipe network in Dashan Puchang Town, and recently built 2 sewage pumping stations and temporary pipe networks for flood emergency support, "pumping" the sewage that the integrated treatment facilities could not collect and treat to the eastern second sewage for treatment; the third was to use special environmental protection funds to improve the sewage interception branch pipes in DashanPu Town.
3. Township sewage treatment to improve quality and efficiency。 In order to completely solve the problems of insufficient sewage treatment capacity, substandard water quality, and irregular online monitoring of the 8 sewage treatment plants (stations) in the established towns in our district, our bureau immediately took action, highlighted the problem orientation, adhered to systematic thinking, and quickly formulated the "one factory, one policy" problem rectification plan, invested more than 20 million yuan, and comprehensively rectified the problems existing in the 8 township sewage treatment plants by expanding the capacity, increasing online monitoring equipment and deodorizing facilities, renovating the hazardous waste rooms, and standardizing the disposal of sludge. In accordance with the unified deployment of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the province took the lead in exploring the establishment of the "first deputy director" system, and a deputy section-level cadre was dispatched from the town as the first deputy director, responsible for on-site operation supervision and scheduling, and established a rapid response and communication and disposal mechanism to ensure the normal, efficient and stable operation of the sewage treatment plant. Up to now, deodorization equipment, online monitoring equipment, and hazardous waste temporary storage rooms have been set up according to the requirements of environmental impact assessment, the treatment capacity has reached the design scale, the problem of sewage overflow has been solved, and the quality of effluent water has been stable and up to standard.
4. The sewage problem in the area is gradually solved. Invest 5.86 million yuan to build a new 1.3 km pipe network to solve the problem of sewage scattered discharge in the cast steel garden to the Shayuba area, which is expected to be completed before the end of the year; rebuild more than 250 meters of sewage pipe network in Gaotong area and supporting inspection wells, which have been completed; implement the rain and sewage diversion project of Fenghuang Dam No. 1 and No. 2 in Da'an District, build a 1.5 km sewage pipe network, and effectively improve the phenomenon of combined rainwater sewage discharging along the river ditch in the area by adding sewage main pipes, overflow wells and other facilities; invest more than 4 million yuan. Implement the rain and sewage discharge and sewage collection and rectification in the Crab Gully area, and build 2 new domestic sewage treatment facilities; in order to solve the problem of environmental pollution around the Shangtianba community caused by the scattered discharge of domestic sewage from residents in Liangshangshan Street, our bureau will take the lead in the investigation through the preliminary visit and investigation, and the Liangshang Street will cooperate with the implementation of the Shangtianba community lifting pump station project, build a new integrated lifting pump station and supporting sewage pipe network, collect the domestic sewage of the surrounding residents and connect to the existing sewage main road, Effectively solve the situation that the incomplete sewage collection in the area leads to sewage cross-flow, and at the same time solve the problem that the environment with too much sewage cannot be digested naturally, and effectively improve the ecological environment of the Ueda Dam community, which has been unanimously praised by the surrounding residents.
