Li Ying, 34, is a legal person of a company. At about 10:00 on May 12, 2021, defendant Li Ying was stopped by the police.

DNA identification: Li Ying's body fluids were found on the folding sofa in the office, and Li Ying's DNA typing was detected on the victim Zhang Qin. According to the biological evidence preliminary examination report and emergency cases, Zhang Qin's private parts were intact and Li Ying's bodily fluids were not detected.

Jiupai News noted that the Qingyang District People's Court of Chengdu City held that the defendant Li Ying's forcible indecency against others had violated article 237 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the facts of the crime were clear, the evidence was credible and sufficient, and he should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of forced indecency.
