Small stir-fried venison
Ingredients: 400 grams of venison, 60 grams of green and red pepper knots, 30 grams of ginger slices, 20 grams of coriander festivals, 20 grams of celery festivals, salt, cooking wine, spicy fresh sauce, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, corn starch, salad oil

Method:
1: Change the venison into slices, add salt, cooking wine and corn starch to the pot and sizing it.
