Step 1
Prepare the appropriate materials and sift all the powders.
Step 2
After melting the butter at room temperature, add the sifted powdered sugar and beat at low speed with an electric whisk until it is completely fluffy and expanded to whiten.
Step 3
Mix 4 whole eggs and 2 yolks well (grams refer to the recipe), then add a small amount to the sugar oil mixture in divided doses, add a little at a time, stir until fully absorbed and then add a small amount. This analogy adds all the egg mixture.

Step 4
Weigh 30 g of milk, warm to about 30 degrees, add to the batter and stir evenly
Step 5
Then add the sifted low gluten powder, baking powder, milk powder, salt, stir well with a scraper
Step 6
Soak the cocoa powder in boiling water and stir until absorbed and set aside.
Step 7
In the mold (750g toast mold) pad the oil paper, and then put in 1/3 of the mixed batter, then take 1/3 of the batter and cocoa powder batter mix, stir slightly, not excessive, otherwise there is no pattern. Then put the stirred batter into the toast mold.
Step 8
Cover the remaining 1/3 batter with the top and spread well. Place in a preheated oven at 160 degrees without lid.
Step 9
Bake at 160 degrees above and below heat for 70-80 minutes. See the color, it is golden yellow, the top bulge will rebound quickly, and you can also use a toothpick to insert into the inside of the cake, and there is no residue on the toothpick pulled out.
