Over the years, he has starred in blockbuster dramas such as "Green Snake", "Four Worlds Together", "Beijing Fayuan Temple", "Live Broadcast of the Founding Ceremony" and so on, but it is far less than the traffic and attention brought by his participation in popular variety shows such as "Tonight Paramount", "Tonight Live Show", "Happy Comedians", "Longing for Life" and so on. However, after participating in the "alternative" variety show "Drama New Life", he felt that he was closer to drama: "I used to do a lot of things, more to make money, but after doing "Drama New Life", I think those things seem to be less important, and I should give the drama more time." ”

In the face of the enthusiasm of the audience for autographs, Wu Pi's attitude was: "If it is for the drama, for wuzhen to do things, I am willing, but if it is out of Wuzhen, to be honest, I personally do not like these forms." I rarely reach out to fans in my life and don't participate in their discussions. I think the best relationship between us is 'I'm waiting for you in the theater', they like drama to like us, or because we like theater, so there is a relationship between us. Wu Pi said: "The actor industry is most afraid of expansion, but the drama thing it is impetuous, this thing does not compete for fame and profit, just a few brothers together to create, want to be impetuous is too difficult!" And once it's impetuous, you can't watch the play!"

Zhao Xiaosu has participated in the Wuzhen Drama Festival since the first session. Over the years, he has performed many plays such as "Jack the Ripper", "Bull", "From Early Morning to Midnight" at the Wuzhen Theater Festival, and this year he has participated in the most works and the most enthusiastic fans. Everyone loves to call him "Xiao Su Sugar", and he always smiles and squints in response to everyone's love for him.

Zhao Xiaosu said that "New Life of Drama" has brought me a lot, and I also want to give back to the audience. "Drama New Life" puts me in the ground, lets me know more about what I love, and makes me feel special! These days a few of us get together again to create, and none of us have any slack, because drama can't be made by traffic. After the Wuzhen Drama Festival, he will go to Chengdu to perform a very challenging drama "White Rabbit, Red Rabbit", which does not allow the actors to read the script in advance, and only when the official performance can he open the script in front of the audience and start performing.

Liu Xiaoye, who has been immersed in the stage for many years, said that participating in variety shows has little impact on his life, and he emphasizes the basic skills of dramatists. He suggested to young people who aspire to engage in drama: "When encountering difficulties, you can persevere, and suffering is what young people should do, you must practice your basic skills hard, make your skills more solid, and don't care what others say." ”

Ding Yiteng has been in Wuzhen for nine years and every year. This time to participate in the Wuzhen Theater Festival, his director's "Reflection" has become the most sought-after play of this year's theater festival, tickets are opened for 8 seconds, and all tickets are sold out. He was already full of creative power, but now he has more opportunities to constantly try and challenge new works. Before coming to Wuzhen Theater Festival, he had just created the first "post-immersion drama" "Painted Skin 2677" for Beijing Fanxing Drama Village, so that the audience became "theater players"; after participating in the Wuzhen Theater Festival, he immediately returned to the rehearsal field in Beijing and began the rehearsal work of the first coliseum work he directed, the play "I Am Not Pan Jinlian" based on Liu Zhenyun's novel.

This year, Liu Xiaoyi himself came to wuzhen drama festival to perform, and there were five works in one performance. In "Reflection", the dancer-turned-dancer is naked all the time, dancing in the late autumn amphitheater, playing a very glorious "dancing spirit", leaving a deep impression on the audience. The puppet drama "About Planet 23", directed by him, tells a fairy tale that moves adults to tears.

Liu Xiaoyi, who once served as the director of the Chinese puppet in the Chinese version of the international drama "War Horse", is now a hot musical theater director in Shanghai, and at the end of the year, he directed the two major plays of "Southern Tang Hou Lord" and "Wukong", but what he insisted on in his heart was still to make plays for children, and the Touch Lab Theater Studio he created with his friends will also have its own theater in Shanghai, where he can create and perform more works suitable for all ages.
