I have a retired police officer in my family. Before retirement, he was always absent at home for those who worked diligently; after retirement, his figure was always at home, busy for us.

He was my father, and his name was Yan Bing.

He has a small treasure chest of personal belongings from his time at the post, and inside lies some slightly date-inspired certificates of honor and medals. There are advanced individuals in the discipline inspection and supervision work of the first national procuratorial organs of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, commendations and awards from the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Supervision Department, advanced individuals in the city's law enforcement and discipline supervision work, outstanding communist party members, third-class merits in individuals twice, and certificates of advanced individuals in handling cases in the city's discipline inspection and supervision system twice. However, his favorite is the honorary certificate of "2004-2006 Loyalty Guard of the City's Discipline Inspection and Supervision System" obtained in 2007. Although it is a municipal honor, I can understand that for him, the four words "loyal guard" better reflect the loyalty and dedication of a communist party member to the party and the country, and as a procuratorial cadre and policeman, guarding fairness and justice.

He often said that under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China, the procuratorial organs were restored and rebuilt, and he was fortunate to change from an ordinary worker to an honorable procuratorial cadre and policeman of the Daqing Municipal People's Procuratorate in 1981. Three years after joining the company, the national unified procuratorial uniform has been worn since then, and the party's instructions have firmly taken root in the heart. In March 1999, trusted by the leadership and organization, he served as the director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Daqing Municipal People's Procuratorate. With the enthusiasm of being rated as an outstanding Communist Party in the city by the Working Committee of the Municipal Organs Directly under the Central Government in July 1998, and with the strength to be upright and honest and to study the work, he led the cadres and policemen of the department to go deep into the grass-roots level to grasp the implementation, visited the deputies to the People's Congress and the Members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, held a forum for supervisors of inspection style and discipline, and issued a letter of solicitation of opinions to all sectors of society, thus opening up a new situation in the evaluation of the city's work style. From 2000 to 2004, the Daqing Municipal Procuratorate was rated as the "Best Pacesetter Unit for Conduct Evaluation" by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government for four consecutive years. Under the joint efforts of the whole department in those years, the Supervision Office of the Municipal People's Court has twice been honored with the third class of collective merit, and has been rated as an "advanced collective for creating an excellent economic development environment" by the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, an "advanced collective for discipline inspection and supervision work of procuratorial organs in the province" by the provincial procuratorate, and an "advanced unit for the special inspection of frozen funds and materials by the national procuratorial organs" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

I looked over my father's resume, a brief "March 1999 to present, director of the Supervision Office of the Municipal Procuratorate", carrying Director Yan's 16-year career as a prosecutor. I think that for these 16 years, he must have been unashamed.

Regarding my education, he was more absent during his studies. Definitely a big fan of the "My daughter, be healthy and happy" faction. But since he joined the work, he has changed his appearance, and the dinner table of other people's homes has a warm and peaceful scene, and the dinner table of my family has become a small political class from time to time.

When I was in my early twenties, I didn't understand and felt that he was nagging. It wasn't until he experienced the care of the party for many years and accepted many years of party education that he looked back and understood that the loyalty to the party, honesty and honesty that he often mentioned was the persistence of old party members carved in his bones, and he had too many accumulated feelings of home and country and wanted to share them with his family.

After that, I had my own daughter. Maternity leave is drawing to a close, and the days when the child is left unattended becomes a little difficult. He resolutely decided to retire early and go home to help me with my children. Before retiring, I was sad when I went with him to pack personal belongings in the office. Because I have always felt guilty about early retirement. Or did my father enlighten me and say that developing the new procuratorial force and being a good strong backing is also to respond to the party's call and make contributions to society.

Indeed, after his official retirement, his father, who has been in the party for nearly 40 years, has always fulfilled the promise of continuing to exert his residual heat, and has been active in various community party member activities with a healthy, optimistic, positive, harmonious and friendly spirit. My lover and I got busy at work and didn't go home, so he happily continued to teach my daughter the political lesson of loving the party and loving the motherland.

Most of the elders of that era were not very good at expressing feelings. But to feel the current Director Yan is a happiness from the heart. Every three to five minutes, we must stop us, talk about history, and express our gratitude to the Communist Party. We are just a small family in a majestic country, living a life full of fireworks but rich in heart, ordinary and ordinary but also proud and frank. This happiness of ordinary people is the meaning of our Chinese Communists who have adhered to their original intentions and worked hard over the past hundred years.

The Cause of the Party is passed down from generation to generation, and so is the cause of procuratorial work. He often laughed and said that in the past, in the workplace, young cadres should be helped to get on their horses and give them a ride. And for me, he still has to take charge of it for a while, so that I can work with peace of mind.

In this life, I have the honor to enter China and was born in the family of procuratorial cadres and policemen. My father is only a microcosm of a retired old party member and an old procuratorial cadre, and his deeds are not typical, but he is a light in my daughter's heart and a special source of professional honor. It has become a powerful force that I always have a grateful heart and strive to move forward.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the beginning of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan", the procurators did not make earth-shattering remarks, but they had lofty ambitions, and although time has changed, the procuratorial sense of mission has never changed. Several generations of procurators have adhered to the attitude of loyalty to the party and responsibility to the people, guarded the law, devoted their lives, and written the history of the party's procuratorial cause with their youth. As a new generation of procuratorial cadres and policemen, they are determined to inherit the red gene, and one day share their procuratorial experience with their juniors, and when gossiping about home, they can also pass on a beam of light to them.
