Opening the car door, the police were stunned, and the car was full of children. After verification, the car carried 6 people and 25 people, including 1 driver, 1 teacher, and 23 kindergarten students, with an overcrowding of more than 300%.
The occupants of the car were all students of Golden XX Kindergarten. Through inquiry, the car is a vehicle for transporting students from Jinxx Kindergarten, and the driver, Dai Mou, is suspected of not obtaining a school bus sign to provide school bus services. The police carried out severe criticism and education of Dai and transferred the students.
At present, the case has been filed and investigated, and the driver Dai and the kindergarten director Jin have been taken compulsory measures according to law.

At about 7:00 a.m. on October 12, the police of the Cangzhou Botou Traffic Police Brigade were on duty on the road and found a Jinbei brand van full of students, suspected of being a "black school bus", and immediately inspected the car.
After verification, the car was loaded with 7 people, the nature of use was non-operational, and it did not obtain the school bus qualification. The number of people counted at the scene showed that the car actually carried 17 students, plus the driver Wang Mou, a total of 18 people, overcrowding 157.1%!
After interrogation, Wang confessed to his illegal activities of engaging in school bus services and seriously exceeding the rated occupants to carry passengers, and admitted that he charged a fee of 100 yuan per month to each student and was responsible for transporting students to and from school.
According to the law, the traffic police fined Wang 20,000 yuan and detained his vehicle according to law. The driver has been criminally investigated for suspected dangerous driving, and the case is under further investigation.

On October 14, the Langfang Wen'an Traffic Police Brigade received a report from the masses: a gray van was in front of the campus, picking up students from school. After receiving the report, the police immediately rushed to the location provided by the masses to conduct a survey.
At about 17:40 on October 15, a yellow-gray Dongfeng brand minibus entered the line of sight of the police, which was ready to drive away after picking up more than 10 students at the school gate.
After the on-site investigation of the police, the small passenger car carried 7 people, and actually carried 11 students, plus a total of 12 drivers.
In the face of the police's questioning, the driver Fan Moumou said that he did not have the qualifications to engage in school bus services. Subsequently, the police took the driver back for further investigation and arranged for the vehicle to send the students home one by one.
According to the relevant regulations, fan xxx was fined 20,200 yuan, deducted 6 points from the driver's license, and detained the motor vehicle for using a vehicle that did not obtain a school bus sign to provide school bus services, driving a passenger car other than a passenger vehicle (excluding buses) carrying more than 20% of the approved person.
