Today is the first day of the official school year for my elementary school students, because they have entered the fourth grade, they have changed to another South Campus, and the distance to school is more than twice as far as before, so the morning time is even more tense. Many people say that the fourth grade is a watershed in the primary school stage, the first three years are a test of children's patience, concentration and self-discipline, and then the last three years of academic performance will have a relatively large gap, whether it is the front row or medium, or the end of the row, basically in the fourth grade will see the difference, feel that parents are more anxious.
In fact, children's learning mainly depends on themselves, parents only play an auxiliary role, the only thing I can do is to provide children with various "logistical support". Generally, the morning course is more important, the child's breakfast eating situation will directly affect their own state, only eat well to concentrate on learning. We northerners like to eat pasta in the morning, but pasta is a very waste of time, then today's recommendation is a lazy life fried bun method, no need to knead the noodles to wake up the noodles, with the purchase of dumpling skin can be easily done, the skin thin filling is super enjoyable to eat, simple zero failure is particularly convenient, friends who like to eat buns must try!
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="3" > [pork cabbage fungus raw fried bun].</h1>
Ingredients required: 150 grams of cabbage 50 grams of pickled fungus 30 grams of carrots 15 grams of green onions 3 grams of ginger 150 grams of pork 2 spoons of soy sauce 1 spoon of cooking wine 1 spoon of thirteen spices 1 tsp of salt appropriate amount of chicken essence 1 small spoon of sesame oil Appropriate amount of cooking oil Appropriate amount of dumpling skin A little bit of green onion A little sesame seeds
Preparation steps:
1. Choose three fat and seven lean pork and beat it into a meat filling with a blender, add chopped green onion and ginger.
2. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil and cooking oil, and stir with chopsticks in one direction until viscous.
3. Add chopped cabbage, fungus and carrots and mix well, and the filling will be mixed.
4. The bought dumpling skin is then rolled out with a rolling pin to form a slightly thicker crust in the middle and a thinner edge.
5. Take a crust and put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle, and pinch out a circle along the edge until it closes.
6. Brush a layer of cooking oil on the pan and fry the wrapped buns over medium-low heat until the bottom is browned.
7. Pour water into 1/2 of the bun, cover and simmer until the water evaporates.
8. Finally sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions out of the pot.
9. Pork cabbage with thin skin and large stuffing is ready, and it can be easily done without kneading the kitchen white!
Tips:
The seasonings in the filling are added to your personal taste. I made a total of 18 buns and fried them in two pots. The size of the dumpling skin is different, and the amount of filling placed by each person is also different, so the number of buns wrapped is also different.
