Made a pot of Changqing large vegetarian buns

My mother's family lived in jinan's official camp, where I spent my childhood and youth.

When I was a child, my family was poor and my life was difficult, and it was also a very luxurious thing to be able to eat a white-faced, fragrant Changqing vegetarian bun.

From my house, out of the alley, down the middle street of the official camp, to the west, there is a shop selling things, we all call him the Little Red House. Next to the Little Red Building, there is a door shop, which specializes in Changqing vegetarian bags. The skin is thin and the filling is large. The filling is mainly powder, supplemented by leeks and eggs, and the filling is largely oiled and pepper noodles. The steamed buns are fragrant, spicy and taste excellent.

I can't remember exactly, but the bun shop disappeared, and I've never eaten such a delicious vegetarian bun again.

In recent years, when I encounter someone who sells Changqing vegetarian buns, I always have to try them, but I can no longer find the feeling of being full of flavor in my childhood.

Today, when I saw that my family bought more vermicelli, I remembered the matter again, immediately got busy, and according to my memory, made a pot of Changqing vegetarian buns.

Picture 1, prepare the noodles and chop them, minced leeks, scrambled eggs

Picture 2, mixed filling, good noodles.

Picture three, wrapped, basketed, steamed.

It's really delicious.

Miss your childhood, cherish the present, and love life forever. ↗
