This grape, also known as Xia Yin Mascat, Dazzling Rose, is a hybrid variety of Europe and the United States, and the sunshine rose grapes now grown in China are imported from neighboring Japan. The grapes are tight and dense, oval, yellow-green inside and out, the skin is shiny, the flesh is crisp and juicy, and there is a rose fragrance, so it is called sunshine rose.
This year, the grapes here begin to turn color in mid-July and ripen in early August. The boss said that his family's sunshine roses are easier to cultivate than Giant Peak, and the fruit hanging period is also long, so if you want to experience picking, you can do it before October.

I remember that when the variety of sunshine rose was first introduced to the Chinese market two years ago, the price was still very high, which was called the Hermès of the grape industry, and there were more people planting in the past two years, and the price was more approachable.
We picked several bunches and I tasted one, and the grapes were thin and crispy, peeled, sweet and full of moisture. Taste it carefully, and there is indeed a faint rose aroma. I couldn't help but eat one after another.
