From October 14 to 15, Liang Jianyong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a team to visit our city to carry out civil trial work and trade union work research. Mayor Zhang Yongning, Wang Shixiong, Secretary of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Chen Hui, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Organization Department and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Feng Guihua, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Dong Mingming, President of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, accompanied the investigation.

The research team went to Jiaocheng District, Xiapu County and other places, inspected the Xiapu County People's Court (Qihai) Ecological Judicial Practice Base, Sansha People's Court, Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Ningde Intermediate People's Court "Five Highs" Litigation Service Center, and learned in detail about the implementation of the Civil Code in our city, judicial services to protect people's livelihood and optimize the business environment, diversified dispute resolution, judicial system reform in the civil field, and the trial of civil and commercial cases involving epidemic prevention and control. The main difficulties faced by civil trial work and the suggestions for countermeasures and other aspects.

Liang Jianyong fully affirmed the civil trial work of the city's court system. He stressed that it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on epidemic prevention and control, in accordance with the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the work requirements of the provincial party committee, comprehensively promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and firmly serve the overall situation; it is necessary to deepen the reform of the judicial system, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of civil trial work, further promote the pilot reform of the separation of complicated and simple civil procedures, promote the implementation of "separation of complicated and simple cases, separation of light and heavy, and separation of fast and slow", improve litigation efficiency, and save litigation resources; we must adhere to the supremacy of the people. Liang Jianyong and his party also went deep into the Fu'an Economic Development Zone to investigate the work of trade unions in the shared workers' homes and Qingtuo Group, and learned about the reform of the construction of the industrial worker team in our city and the protection of the rights and interests of workers in new employment forms.
