According to the requirements of the Notice on Conducting An Inventory of the Situation of The Procuratorial Organs of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2019 to 2020 (Internal Inspection and Calculation Cai [2021] No. 3) issued by the People's Procuratorate of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on the afternoon of September 23, Zhao Xinxin, deputy director of the Procuratorial Security Department of the Inner Mongolia Xing'an League Procuratorial Branch, and his party went to the Ulanhot Municipal People's Procuratorate to supervise the receipt and dispatch of clothing.
The special team personnel conducted a comprehensive inventory of the receipt registration of clothing from September 2019 to September 2021, the manufacturer's invoice, the clothing distribution list, etc., and put forward clear requirements for the clothing ledger specification.
Next, the Ulanhot Municipal People's Procuratorate will strictly implement the supervision requirements, do a good job of categorizing and managing the existing ledgers, archive and produce ledgers for future clothing receipts and deliveries, and ensure the comprehensiveness, continuity and standardization of the ledgers. In accordance with the "Provisions of the People's Procuratorate on the Administration of Clothing (Trial Implementation)", the work of receiving and sending clothing is carefully sorted out, and rules and regulations are established to ensure the orderly development of clothing receiving and sending work.
