In 1915, Shen Anna was born in a scholarly mendi in Taixing, Jiangsu Province, and her father named her Shen Huan after Meiyu, hoping that this little daughter would be as warm and beautiful as Meiyu.
Influenced by his family, Shen Wan received an excellent education from an early age, and at the age of a few years, he was able to read the Four Books and Five Classics and write well.
Unlike most women born in feudal families at that time, Shen Wan had an independent self-awareness from childhood, when she was 7 years old, the adults in the family wrapped her feet according to the "custom", and the young Shen Wanning died and desperately resisted, and after each entanglement, she would secretly cut it with scissors in the middle of the night, and several times down, the foot binding had to be stopped.

A month before Shen Anna was about to graduate, the Kuomintang Zhejiang Provincial Government recruited a stenographer at the Fengxun Shorthand School, and Shen Anna became a candidate for her outstanding grades.
In January 1935, with a record speed of 200 words per minute and a good hand, Shen Anna was officially hired as a shorthand reporter in the deliberation section of the Secretariat of the Zhejiang Provincial Government. Soon, Shen Anna received a secret message from the organization, hoping that she would "return to Shanghai for a trip." In 1935, on the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the two were married in Shanghai.
Since then, Shen Anna has been responsible for intelligence, Hua Mingzhi is responsible for sending intelligence, and the couple has lived a dangerous and tacit spy life.
In order not to reveal her identity, she also invented shorthand symbols that only she could understand, as long as it was against the Communist Party and the Red Army.
Shen Anna would carefully write it down, give it to her husband and then hand it over to her superiors, and finally go straight to Premier Zhou.
A few months after the "invasion", Shen Anna, who was only 23 years old, had ideological fluctuations, hated the lifeless Kuomintang Central Committee Party Department, and wanted to go to Yan'an, the holy land of revolution, and vigorously carry out the revolution! In January 1939, the Fifth Plenary Session of the Fifth Central Committee of the Kuomintang was held in Chongqing, at which the Kuomintang top brass formulated a series of anti-communist policies. After a few hours, Chiang Kai-shek's scolding at the meeting became the after-dinner joke of Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, and others in Yan'an.
But then again, such an important meeting of the Kuomintang should not be known to the Communist Party, let alone such a small detail as cursing.
In February 1940, a pamphlet called "Where Friction Comes From" was frantically circulated across China, containing classified documents of the Kuomintang at that time, which were anti-communist and anti-communist. At this time, at a critical moment when the Kuomintang and the Communist Party were uniting to resist Japan, the publication of these documents undoubtedly exposed the Kuomintang's blatant destruction of the hard-won anti-Japanese national united front in broad daylight.
Soon, the Kuomintang held the Tenth Plenary Session of the Fifth Central Committee, and when discussing the issue of leaking military information, The Elder Zhang Ji helplessly said: "When I mention the Communist Party, I sweat!" Then, he complained to Chiang Kai-shek: "Didn't the committee notice at all that there was a Communist Party lurking around you, otherwise, how could such a confidential document have reached the Communist Party in the blink of an eye?" ”
One day in 1942, two Kuomintang agents suddenly came to the door and asked Shen Anna: "Why did you borrow money from the Communist Party, and were you bribed?"
As soon as Shen Anna heard these two agents ask this question, she immediately understood in her heart that her contact superior, Xu Zhonghang, might have exposed her identity, otherwise there would be no Kuomintang agents coming to question her.
Shen Anna was ostensibly a stenographer in the KmT confidential department, responsible for recording the contents of the kmt's internal meetings, but in fact, Shen Anna's real identity was an underground party member lurking within the KMT.
Previously, Shen Anna's contact superior, Xu Zhonghang, did not contact Shen Anna for a while, and Shen Anna was worried that Xu Zhonghang was likely to have an accident.
So I sent a letter to Xu Zhonghang's open work unit, Zhengzhong Bookstore, to test the situation, and the content of the letter was: "The child is sick, borrow your money, and pay it back next month."
After hearing the questions of these two agents, Shen Anna suddenly understood in her heart that although Xu Zhonghang had an accident, she did not betray herself, otherwise the secret agents would have come to arrest people long ago.
