It is reported that from now on, the award-winning works will be exhibited in the Yantao Art Museum of Haikou Hongyantang Hotel for one week, during which the public can go to the exhibition for free.

Chestnut-throated hummingbirds and blue-throated hummingbirds are summer migratory birds in Haikou that breed annually from Southeast Asia in wetlands along the west coast of Haikou. These two kinds of hummingbirds are colorful and beautiful in flight, and are deeply loved by people, and are called "the most beautiful birds in China".

In recent years, Haikou City has continued to increase the protection of bee tigers, set up bee tiger protection communities, and created a good habitat environment for bee tigers through habitat protection and habitat creation, and the number of bee tigers has increased year by year.

It is understood that in order to do a good job in the protection and publicity of the bee tiger, Haikou City has continuously held the bee tiger photography contest since 2019, which has been actively participated by photography enthusiasts and bird lovers inside and outside the province. A total of 57 photographers participated in the competition, with 361 single works submitted and 38 groups of photos, and the award-winning works were wonderful, with high artistry and ecological documentary. A total of 26 winning works (groups) were selected in the competition. Among them, there is 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 20 excellent prizes.
