On the evening of May 4, Fu Quanxiang's theme symphony concert "She Laughs in the Bush" hosted by Shanghai Yue Opera House in honor of Yue opera performance artist Fu Quanxiang was staged at the Shanghai Grand Theatre. A narration by Shanghai opera performance artist Mao Shanyu opened the prelude to this grand, warm and touching performance.
This performance is not only a reunion of Fu Pai's disciples, but also a gathering in the theater industry. The entire symphony concert combines traditional opera and symphony music to fully display the artistic achievements and artistic style of Fu Quanxiang, a Yue opera performance artist and founder of Fu Pai. Liu Jue
Liu Jue, a famous Yue opera singer, said that in addition to Cheng Yanqiu, Fu Quanxiang had also learned from many artists of different genres and genres such as Jingkun, Sichuan opera, and Pingtan on his artistic path. Fu Quanxiang and Fan Ruijuan had been stage partners for decades before his death, and Fan Pai disciple Zhang Ruihong and Fu Pai Huadan Chen Fei re-performed the "Peacock Southeast Flying" cooperated by the two masters that year. Zhang Ruihong said that for more than 30 years, I have followed them and witnessed two teachers from middle age to old age, supporting each other and walking together intimately on and off the stage.
