In 1953, on the northern outskirts of Beijing, a newly built theater was erected, along with rehearsal halls, reading rooms, dance training rooms and basketball courts. When the neon lights outside the theater lit up, everyone present was very excited, and the warm applause resounded through the clouds.
This theater is the special theater of the newly established North Film Actors Troupe.
On September 21, 1953, at the suggestion of Tian Fang, the actors of the Beijing Film Studio and the Changchun Film Studio, as well as the teachers and students of the Beijing Film School, gathered in Beijing and established the Beijing Film Actors Troupe directly under the Film Bureau, with Tian Fang as the first director.
In 1956, the superiors decided to transfer some of the actors of the Beijing Actors Troupe to Changying to form the Changying Actors Troupe, while the remaining personnel were assigned to the Beijing Film Studio and the Beiying Actors Troupe was established.
From 1953 to 2003, a total of 20 people served as the head and deputy head of the North Film Actors Troupe. He has made contributions to the development of North Film Studio.

1. Tadakata

2. Wu Tian

After the establishment of the North Film Actors Troupe, he served as the deputy head of the troupe, assisting The audience in Tianfang. 3. Xie Tieli
Xie Tieli is a famous director in China, and his films such as "Stormy", "Early Spring in February", "Wise Tiger Mountain", "Ode to Longjiang", "Rhododendron Mountain", "Bright Stars Tonight", "Bao's Father and Son", "Dream of the Red Chamber" and so on are all excellent works. In 1990, he won the Best Director Award at the 10th Golden Rooster Awards, in 2005, he won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 25th Golden Rooster Awards of Chinese Film, and in 2011, he won the Outstanding Contribution Award of the 2nd China Film Directors Association. He also served as the deputy head of the North Film Actors Troupe. On June 19, 2015, Xie Tieli died of illness at the age of 90.
Fourth, Du Zhiyuan
Du Zhiyuan is the wife of Zhang Ping, a famous actor at the North Film Studio. In 1953, he was transferred from the Northeast Film Studio to the North Film Actors Troupe and served as the deputy head of the troupe. She has played roles in films such as "Zhao Yiman", "The White Soldier", and "Red Flag Song". He passed away in January 2019.
5. Zhao Ziyue
Zhao Ziyue is an old actor who is very familiar to everyone, and the image of the rural old man played by him is simple, natural and grounded, especially the old sun head in "The Tempest", the old solution in "Icing on the Cake", and the er zhuge in "Little Two Black Marriage", all of which are so vivid. On March 25, 1997, Zhao Ziyue died at the age of 88.
6. Lee Million
Li Million is the actor who played Wang Dachun in the movie "White Haired Girl". He has also played roles in films such as "Hero of Lüliang", "When the Grapes Are Ripe", "Nameless Island", "Red Mail Road", "The Tempest", "Tear Stains (1979)", "Death of the Marshal" and other films, performing simple and generous. He also held leadership positions in the North Film Actors Troupe. He died in 2010 at the age of 84.
7. Chen Qiang
On the Chinese screen, Chen Qiang is one of the most familiar faces for audiences. In particular, Huang Shiren, who he played in "The White-Haired Girl", and Nan Batian, who played in "The Red Detachment of Women", still exist in our minds. 9. Li Liansheng
Li Liansheng was the actor who played Li Xiuming's object Wubao in "Sweet Career", he was 36 years old at that time, but he played "a couple" with the 25-year-old Li Xiuming, but there was no sense of violation.
