On July 12, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hainan Province held a meeting of all cadres and announced the decision of the provincial party committee on the adjustment of the main leadership positions of the department, and Comrade Huo Julan no longer serves as the secretary of the party group and the director of the department, and Comrade Wang Peng will be the secretary of the party group and the director of the department.
Feng Zhonghua, vice governor of the Hainan Provincial Government, Li Yingxu, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Provincial CPC Committee, director of the Provincial CPC Committee Organization Office, and director of the Provincial Civil Service Bureau, attended the meeting, which was presided over by Chen Xiaojing, deputy director of the department, and attended by 108 members of the leading body of the department, all cadres of the organs, and principal responsible persons of units directly under the department.
At the meeting, Vice Minister Li Yingxu read out the decision of the provincial party committee on the adjustment of the main leadership positions of the provincial housing and urban-rural development department, and explained the personnel adjustment, expressing the concern and importance of the provincial party committee for the housing system.

Finally, Vice Governor Feng Zhonghua made a speech in which he demanded that the vast number of cadres and workers in the housing construction system should earnestly unify their thinking with the decisions of the provincial party committee, conscientiously implement the decisions and arrangements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, and push Hainan's housing and urban-rural construction to a new level. He put forward three expectations and requirements, one is to consciously study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, take the initiative to improve the political position, and always ensure the correct direction of housing construction work; second, strengthen the sense of purpose, always adhere to the people-centered planning and promotion of various work in the field of housing construction; third, continue to strengthen the construction of the cadre team, to ensure that the cadre team can be able to perform and no accidents.
