In his filial piety and respect for the elderly as the original intention of establishing a kindergarten, adhering to the concept of "filial piety and respect for the elderly starting from me", he watered the children's awareness of loving the elderly and respecting the elderly from an early age, often organized children to perform programs for the elderly, let the children feed candy to the elderly with tea, and let the seeds of filial piety and respect for the elderly be planted in the hearts of children from an early age. In his spare time, he actively participated in poverty alleviation and love donation activities, and organized teachers and students in the hospital to carry out the "Send Warmth according to Affection" love and clothing donation activity more than 10 times to send warmth and care to the elderly and children in mountainous areas. During the epidemic in 2020, he took the lead in launching a donation activity, received a total of 14,565 yuan in donations, and sent it to fufeng County People's Hospital for the first time to purchase epidemic prevention materials, which was unanimously praised by county and town leaders.
