On October 12, SM Group of the Philippines successfully registered a Fuzhou company in Cangshan District.
SM Fuzhou Company, named "Fuzhou Zhicheng Square Co., Ltd.", as a 100% pure foreign-funded enterprise, has a registered capital of RMB 850 million and a total investment of 2 billion yuan.
It is reported that the company, as the main body of the Fuzhou project, intends to invest in the construction of Fuzhou SM City Square in Cangshan District.
It is worth mentioning that the project is directly promoted and continuously docked by the Cangshan District Committee and the District Government. In fact, SM City Plaza stationed in Fuzhou, like IKEA, has been rumored for a long time, and now it is finally settled!
