In order to better protect the fishery resources of Dari Lake and promote the unified combination of ecological environmental protection and economic development, since 2015, The Dalainori Fishery Farm has continuously tried to artificially breed the bell fish of Dari Lake, and the human reproduction technology of Vassyala has matured. On this basis, this year, the human reproduction experiment of loach on the Dali Lake Plateau was carried out, and certain results were achieved.
Dali Lake plateau loach, commonly known as forked-tailed loach, posterior fin loach, posterior fin loach, etc., belongs to the cyprinid order, loach family, loach subfamily, is the largest group of loach subfamily, Dali Lake plateau loach has strong cold resistance, salt tolerance, strong stress resistance and other excellent traits, is an important part of the fishery population of Dali Lake.
Combined with the experience of human reproduction of The Walsh's Yaro fish, the Loach Man-Man Breeding Experiment on the Dali Lake Plateau used a high-efficiency oxytocin as a ripening agent, and a total of 1880 broodstock were induced, about 9.376 million fertilized eggs were obtained, the fertilization rate reached 84%, and about 3.449 million loach seedlings hatched, with a total hatching rate of 36.8%. The effect of inducing labor and incubation in this human reproduction experiment is ideal. The type and dosage of the inducing drug selected for this trial are suitable, the incubation water temperature and water flow are appropriate, and the human operation and daily management process are appropriate.
The success of loach population on the Dali Lake Plateau has played a positive role in restoring the number of fish stocks, ensuring the ecological balance of Darry Lake and promoting the sustainable development of fisheries, laying a solid foundation for the scientific research of fisheries in Darry Lake.
