Two years ago, I have been thinking about a question, why American dramas and Korean dramas are so popular, and what elements attract many people to "climb over the wall" to watch American dramas and Korean dramas. And the development of the web drama genre makes me feel bright, why can't we make a suspenseful, reasoning, light science fiction drama with our hearts?
It is very gratifying that we have found director Zhang Zuquan to cooperate, and we are also amazed at the original skills of Director Zhang's great script. From this, we began to create a light science fiction, suspenseful and brain-burning web drama, "Angel's Eyes" came into being.
The exquisite plot design of the web drama to "supplement calcium" is the key
We believe that in addition to some viewers liking silly white and sweet "calcium deficiency" brainless dramas, more people still like high-grade, brain-burning, suspenseful high-quality content, and even some viewers have put forward higher requirements for the connotation of film and television works, which has become the biggest driving force for the creative team to deeply cultivate original high-quality content.
The connotation of "Angel's Eyes" is actually not complicated, truth, goodness and beauty, desire and love, will always be the source of human emotions unchanged writing, but although it is a simple truth, we want to use a "stone breaking" way to tell, in this play not only can see the current living space, but also contains the past and the future of the two latitudes of the depth of imagination, love has become beyond time and space, test the axis of human nature.
The love line between the child and Yiming is like a fresh wind, is an indispensable harmony color in the whole play, although we hope that the whole play is suspenseful and brain-burning, but the tone should not be gray, violent and bloody, all the depictions of darkness and depression, always implied the expectation of the light before dawn, piercing the sky and shocking people's hearts.
Excellent actors give the work a different vitality
The child's actor Xuanlu, "Master Sister" is the fans' love name for Xuanlu, and the sister played by Xuanlu in "Chen Qingling" is deeply loved by everyone. When the director recommended her to me, we said we would see her once and if it didn't work, we would start a second plan. I remember very clearly, our group came back from the Shaolin Temple, the first person to see was Xuanlu, it was a Sunday, Xuanlu came excitedly, giggling two small dimples floating on the cheeks, pear vortex shallow smile, very pure, especially a pair of bright eyes, clear and clean, suddenly let us see a bright, the child is her, the eyes contain warm power.
Jiang Yiming, played by Wang Yuzheng, is more like a silly boy, and as the plot progresses, he also grows from an ignorant boy to a man who loves and hates clearly and dares to love and hate! This is also a big challenge for him in terms of acting, and we are also looking forward to seeing him perform differently in the second and third seasons.
Yang Qiming, the actor of the "great villain" Shen Chen, has played many roles, but this time the role challenge is very large, good and evil, desperate for love, but the desire for eternal life has made him lose the moral bottom line. In the play, Yang Qiming is equivalent to one person playing four characters, and it is four characters that are completely different in different time and space. Yang Qiming liked this role when he first saw the script, and even said that these roles gave him a lot of room to play, and he played very enjoyably!
Wang Ruolin plays the captain Yin Zhengyang, handsome and capable, incarnated as a representative of justice, but he is silly in the face of love. In order to play this role well, Wang Ruolin practiced fighting, no matter how tired he was, he insisted on running every day, and was an actor with perseverance.
Yang Yinglin, the female forensic doctor, is a highly qualified student who is proficient in English, French, Japanese, Chinese, although not an acting professional, but when facing the camera on the shooting scene, there is a natural state of relaxation. I remember filming an opponent scene at the time, the weather was very hot in August, but also to listen, the crowded space made the air almost stagnant, only to see Yinglin finish shooting, came out of the room and walked to my side, grabbed my arm and said palely: "Little Miss Qing, I am going to faint", after saying that I took her to a quiet place to rest. Afterwards, I asked her if she was unwell and could shoot so soberly and calmly, and she smiled and said that she was afraid of affecting the shooting schedule, which is what an actor should stick to. After the scene was filmed, she also wrote a song for "Angel's Eyes" "Waiting for You in the Same Place", and sang this song herself, I believe that she will have a good development in the future.
Zeng Xiaolong played the "old Cai", simply played this character, many friends like old Cai, to ask me about his situation, the daily old Cai is the crowd of you and me, but in the face of the camera, he absolutely has a play, he is also an absolute grab, so as long as the performance is good, no matter what role the audience will remember, Teacher Zeng also thanked the director for giving him a lot of space to play, so that he can play enjoy.
There is also a cute female second Jiaxin, there are too many people like her, small domineering plus small naughty, her line design is also clever, is a strange little beauty, acting remarkable.

Whether it is artists, scientists, archaeologists, etc., they all need imagination, that film and television can not lack imagination, remember to talk with Mr. Shi Xiaoke who came back from Hollywood, but also benefited a lot, he said that many Hollywood science fiction screenwriters, to see the professional "Science" magazine, and even when NASA encounters some problems can not be solved, will also ask the screenwriter, director to discuss together, I hope that the screenwriter and director to bring them more imagination. Therefore, good screenwriters and good works must have imagination space.
"Angel's Eyes" is a drama with imagination space, after watching the first season, you can't guess the development of the second season, the third season will surpass the excitement of the second season, and the audience who likes to watch suspenseful American dramas must like it.
