21 years ago, on April 21, a third-grade student Ye Yongzhi who studied in Gaoshu Village, Gaoshu Township, Pingtung County, passed away, he was bullied by some classmates because of his special gender temperament, and he did not dare to go to the toilet during class time, on the 20th class time, in order to avoid his classmates, he left the classroom early to go to the toilet, but was found seriously injured and fell in a pool of blood, and unfortunately died in the early morning of the 21st.
This story also inspired Jolin and Mayday Ashin to co-create the song "Rose Boy", which advocates for the equal rights of different genders and looks, and this song has also won the Golden Melody Award for Song of the Year.
