On the afternoon of October 22, the Standing Committee of the 16th County People's Congress held its 41st meeting. Xu Yiwei, chairman of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, presided over the meeting.
The meeting heard, deliberated and voted on the motion on the establishment of the Pingyang County and Township Election Committee, the motion on the establishment of a joint meeting on the election of the county people's congress of the whole county, the bill on the date of the election of the county and township people's congress in Pingyang County in 2021, and the bill on the allocation of deputies to the 17th People's Congress of Pingyang County.
Before the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Sixteenth County People's Congress also held the 97th meeting of directors to listen to and study related matters.
Zheng Jie, Fang Mingxiao, Lin Xiaotong, and Lin Daxue, vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, attended the meeting, and Yan Qiao, deputy county governor, attended the meeting as an observer.
