On the afternoon of November 1, Zheng Yuanqin, director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, presided over the 41st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Yilong County.
The meeting shall consist of 42 members of the Standing Committee, 3 of whom shall take leave due to illness, and 39 of whom shall be in accordance with the quorum.
The meeting deliberated and adopted the agenda (draft) of the forty-first session of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Yilong County. The meeting heard, deliberated, and voted to adopt the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Yilong County on Agreeing to Accept the Resignation of Feng Xin and 6 Other Comrades as Members of the Election Committee of Yilong County" (draft) and the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Yilong County on Agreeing to Accept the Resignation of 80 Comrades of Zeng Xianping from The Posts of Members of the Relevant Township Election Committee" (draft). The meeting heard, deliberated, and voted to pass the "Motion of the People's Government of Yilong County on Requesting the Appointment and Removal of Comrades Tang Huanyu and Other Comrades," the "Motion of the Yilong County People's Court on Requesting the Appointment and Removal of Comrades Zhang Kaichang and Other Comrades," and the "Motion of the People's Court of Yilong County on Requesting the Appointment and Removal of Comrades Wang Ting and Other Comrades." Tang Huanyu, Huang Kui, Liao Yingjie, Wu Zhihua, and other newly appointed personnel made speeches and swore an oath to the Constitution in the presence of the members of the County People's Congress Standing Committee. Zheng Yuanqin issued a certificate of appointment to the new personnel.
Li Bin, secretary of the party leading group of the county people's congress standing committee and director of the eighteenth county people's congress standing committee, Chen Zhi, deputy secretary of the party group of the county people's congress standing committee and deputy director of the county people's congress standing committee, Zhang Min, deputy director of the county people's congress standing committee, Fan Lijun, deputy county governor of the county people's government, Wang Ting, director of the county supervision commission, and principal responsible persons of the county people's court and the county people's procuratorate attended the meeting as observers.
