The most enjoyable thing I ate in Shuhe was "slap cold powder". There are more than a dozen practices. There are fried cold powder and cold mix cold powder. Cool powder skin, the most interesting. In front of the cold powder stall, look at the cold powder stall. The cold powder soup is scooped into a plate, and when it is turned, the powder water is thrown away into a pancake. Palm cold powder is delicious, gray-green in color, and has a strong taste. Absolutely beautiful and addictive. This powder is made of chicken peas. It has a particularly tense and pure dry and sweet taste.
Chicken peas are alpine crops. The land at the foot of the Yulong Snow Mountain is relatively barren, there is no loess and no black soil, 80 centimeters to about 1 meter 2 deep, all white sand. The ancient town of Baisha in the north is named after it.
