Many people who have been to Hangzhou have tasted a delicacy called "West Lake Lettuce Soup". Lettuce, known as "ginseng in the water", has very high requirements for the ecological environment such as water quality and soil. Located at 30° north latitude, Shizhu County, Chongqing City, is known as the "hometown of lettuce".
