"I am the Qingdu Shanshui," the dusty voice of the Southern Song Dynasty poetry circle - "Zijun" Zhu Dunru refused to come out of the "Qingdu Shanshuilang" after the unexpected move after the southern crossing, from full of enthusiasm to "everything has a destiny" and "unrestrained and unhindered" worldly immortals

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="3" > "Qingdu Shanshuilang" who refuses to come out</h1>

In 1126, several officials set out from Luoyang, rode their horses all the way west, and when they reached luoyang city, they immediately set off after a short rest at the station and embarked on a road leading to the mountains.

The main road disappears at the foot of the mountain, the mountain path is winding and rugged, the road is lined with lush mountain forests, and the valley is very quiet with birds and insects. Not far away, a relatively open area appeared in front of me, and there were several houses, and there was a faint sound of music in the houses. Several officials expected that this was Mr. Zhu's residence, so they tied the horse not far in front of the house, dismounted and stepped forward.

The housekeeper who guarded the door saw the officials in the palace and hurried in to make a report. Instantly, the music in the room stopped. As soon as the officials entered the door, a middle-aged man with a beautiful face and a personable demeanor greeted them.

This middle-aged man is Mr. Zhu, a hermit who lives deep in the mountains. And who is this Mr. Zhu? He was Zhu Dunru, the son of Zhu Xunzhi, the Right Counselor.

Zhu Dunru, who came from a rich and noble family, read a lot of books from an early age, and when he was young, he wrote such an imposing poem as "Try to illuminate the world, and everything is always clear", which was regarded as a genius by the people of the time. Zhu Dunru was not only talented, working in poetry and painting, but also had high ambitions and noble talents, although he lived in the mountains and forests of Luoyang, a hundred miles away from the capital city, and was willing to make a cloth dress, but his reputation was extremely high, and everyone knew his great name mr. Zhu at the time.

Zhu Dunru's prestige was outstanding, and the imperial court had invited him many times to go out of the mountains to join the army--such an opportunity, other readers could not ask for it, but Zhu Dunru was a maverick and did not care. What is written in the phrase "Partridge Tian xidu zuo" is his ambition and heart:

I am Qingdu Shanshuilang, the Heavenly Sect's payment and neglect. He was once approved to give rain and wind coupons, and he was tired of leaving clouds to borrow the moon seal.

Thousands of poems, thousands of wines. How many people have looked at the prince? Yulou Jin Que returned home, and planted plum blossoms to drunk Luoyang.

He longs to be a hermit with a high character like a plum blossom, yearns for a life of indulging in poetry and drinking, indulging in the mountains and forests, and does not want to be like an earthly person to draw from wealth.

However, after all, the official messenger was sent by the imperial court, and since the emperor had an edict asking him to enter the capital to face the saint, Zhu Dunru did not dare to disobey, so he had to change his clothes, bring simple luggage, and go to Beijing with several officials.

At this time, Emperor Huizong had abdicated and handed over the stormy jiangshan to his son Zhao Huan. Emperor Zhao Huan of Song qinzong personally received this famous scholar recommended by the chancellor of the court in the palace, and when he saw that Zhu Dunru was indeed extraordinary, he was granted the official position of Hongxuqing on the spot.

However, Zhu Dunru first thanked the saint for his good intentions, and then said to the emperor in front of him, who was nineteen years younger than him, without humility: "Your Majesty, the subject is like the elk in the mountains, who likes to live in the wilderness, and the high-ranking official Houlu is not my ideal and pursuit." ”

Zhao Huan did not expect Zhu Dunru to say such a thing, he was first stunned, and then he thought that he would repeatedly resign when he asked him to come out, so he no longer had to be reluctant to let it go and release this "mountain elk" back into the mountain forest. After returning to Luoyang, Zhu Dunru continued to live a life of sightseeing and leisure. As a brother-in-law who was born into a wealthy family, Zhu Dunru, like many celebrities at that time, had a period of joy and pleasure for prostitutes, and the term "Bodhisattva Man And The Wind and The Flowing Talents" is written about his life as a wandering skeleton when he was young:

The wind and currents are all over the city. Red Ribbon Green Is Strange. Drink Small Ping Kang at night. Warm silver spring. Hold a glass to stay with the guests. Whisper eyebrow peak side. Semi-cold water shen incense. Luo Wei Palace leaked long.

However, this kind of "wind and talent" day is only an embellishment of Zhu Dunru's life, and he is not blindly intoxicated by the gentle townspeople, but has a broad atmosphere. As the phrase "Mr. Cho Cho Is a Career" says:

Mr. Cane is a career, picking the moon is more bearer. There is no hatred for holding, and it is always smokey to let go.

Fluttering away, the flag pavilion asked for wine, and Xiao Temple looked for tea. It's like a yellow oriole is uncertain, and I don't know whose house it flies to?

This is a poem written by Zhu Dunru in his later years, and the words written in the words are exactly the free life he has longed for and practiced all his life: holding a bamboo stick, looking for spring flowers in the beautiful landscape and water surrounded by smoke, floating and coming, floating away, stopping to drink a cup when he encounters a winery teahouse, resting his feet, and walking without a trace... Whether in his youth or in his old age, Zhu Dunru's temperament of being handsome and handsome and favoring landscapes has never changed. The shangdi of the term "Flowers in the Rain and Lingnan Zuo" is a portrayal of Zhu Dunru's life in Luoyang when he was young, looking for famous mountains and rivers and hunting on horseback:

The homeland was proud of that year, shooting elk on the garden, walking horses and long catalpa trees. Onion and onion, Chixian Shenzhou. Good times have been vain, and the victorious friends are staying everywhere. Towards the snowy night of Yichuan, Luopu Flower Dynasty, Zhan Break wild swim.

Hu dust rolled on the ground, south walked in the wilderness, dragging strong learning should Liu. Empty rambling, dragon lying down, who takes the title. Sai Yan goes north every year, and the wild river flows west day by day. This life is old, unless the spring dream, heavy to the Eastern Zhou.

Zhu Dunru was very satisfied with this leisurely and comfortable life, and he later wrote the phrase "Linjiang Immortals Growing in the Western Capital of Fenghua Day":

Growing up in the western capital on the day of the day, the song does not remember the flow of the year. Flowers sleep at the restaurant. Take a tour of the second room by wind and snow over the three rivers.

Mo Xiao's decaying sideburns changed, and his own flavor remained. Bitan Mingyue water sky. Whoever is idle like Lao Tzu refuses to be a god.

Yes, born in the Taiping period, born with a rich life without worry about food and clothing, and can be away from the disputes of the imperial court and live according to their own preferences, what is more comfortable than such a life?

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="67" > an unexpected move after the southern crossing</h1>

In 1126 AD, the iron hooves of the Jin soldiers stepped into the Central Plains, a large area of the Northern Song Dynasty fell, the two emperors Hui and Qin were captured, and the Kang King Zhao Zhuo escaped to establish a new dynasty in Jiangning Province (present-day Nanjing), and then fled across the river to Yuezhou (Shaoxing), Mingzhou (Ningbo), Dingzhou (Zhoushan) and other places, and even fled to Wenzhou at the southern tip of Zhejiang, ceding the great rivers and mountains of the Central Plains to the Jin people. The people of the Central Plains were overwhelmed by the scourge of war and the suffering of the Jin people's burning and looting, and both nobles and ordinary people fled to the south to take refuge, including Zhu Dunru, who lived in seclusion in Luoyang.

The sudden upheavals of the storm have made the past leisurely and comfortable life gone forever, and on the way to the south in a hurry, Zhu Dunru's eyes are all homeless people who have lost their homes, they are hungry and thirsty, dragging their tired bodies slowly south with the crowd, and the eyes reveal infinite confusion. At this time, Zhu Dunru was no longer the brother who had enjoyed prosperity and wealth in those days, the mountains and forests of Luoyang could allow him to escape the hustle and bustle of the world, but he could not stop the Golden Soldier's Jinge Iron Horse, although his situation was better than these displaced people who had nothing, but looking up, the life ahead was confused, where should he pin the rest of his life? The phrase "Bu Operators, Traveling Geese Flying South" written by Zhu Dunru on the way to the south is exactly the portrayal of his state of mind at this time:

The geese flew south, and the wind and rain group was lost. Hunger and thirst work both wings, standing alone in the cold. The gulls and herons are suffering and the worries are forced. The sea of clouds is vast and nowhere to go, and who listens to the wailing is anxious.

This poem is written about Zhu Dunru's feelings and experiences of hunger, thirst, and confusion on the way to the south, and it is also a portrayal of the situation and heart of all displaced people.

After fleeing to the south, Zhu Dunru once met Li Shishi, a superb beauty who was extremely popular in the capital city at that time, on the street, and she could not imagine that after the Jing Kang Disaster, she had lost everything and had fallen to the point of hiding her name in the folk and selling art for a living. In addition to sighing, Zhu Dunru wrote the words "Partridge Heaven Singing Pear Garden Absolute Voice" for Master Li:

Sing the pear garden. The only person in the former dynasty was Lady Lee. Since breaking the neon dress, Chu Qin Wu Ge fanned in the new.

Qin Lingyan, Yuexi anvil. The west wind north passenger two drift zero. Zun Qian overheard the song at that time, and the side hat stopped and the cup was full of tears.

Li Shishi's situation was sympathetic, but even someone like her, who had once been favored by Emperor Huizong of Song, had such a miserable life, not to mention the ordinary people who had crossed the southern crossing?

What he saw and heard after the southern crossing touched Zhu Dunru a lot. Although he was ostensibly a brother who was obsessed with pleasure, in fact, he had a great ideal of helping the country through the ages, and this feeling and ambition had already been expressed in his early works "Wanghai Chao Ding You, Xi Nei Cheng, and the Townspeople Please Make a Happy Song":

Song Gao Wei Yue, Shu NoBuchi, Nishido Nishifumi Sanchuan. The gods are deposited, the lin runes are carved with jade, and the heroic spirit is not called a river and a mountain. Who will do the whole thing again. It is quite raw Allah, and the bath day is open. Yu gui Liang Yuan, driving back to Fenshui Fenglou idle.

Shengping transport is a thousand. The family condensed the day, and the west looked at it. Silver Han Zhaohong, Yaotai Zhibi, a new Rui qi auspicious smoke. Heavy to the front of the emperor's residence. Strange Queqiao Dragon Que, flying down to the human world. Father and elder cheered, and Cuihua came to the Peaceful Year.

From "whoever cleans up again." Allah It can be seen that although Zhu Dunru lived in seclusion in the mountains and forests when he was in Luoyang, he seemed to ignore the major affairs of his home and country, but in fact, his heart always looked forward to the appearance of Mingjun who focused on the whole thing - becoming a celebrity was not the purpose of his reading poetry, and his ideal was to "open the sky in the bath" with Mingjun! So why did he refuse to join? The answer is simple: it is precisely because there is no Ming Jun. Neither Emperor Huizong nor the later Emperor Qinzong was a Ming Emperor, so there was an endless political chaos in the last years of the Northern Song Dynasty when traitors were in charge, partisanships became more and more intense, and there was an endless stream of selling officials and lords. Zhu Dunru saw all this clearly, he knew that in such a world it was impossible to realize his ideals and ambitions, so he simply did not shed this muddy water; moreover, if he was of high moral character, how could he be willing to join in the treacherous ties of the DPRK? However, after crossing the south, seeing with his own eyes that the great rivers and mountains of the Central Plains were trampled by the Jin people, and the people were displaced and lost, and mourning was everywhere, Zhu Dunru could no longer pretend to turn a blind eye to these tragic phenomena. In 1127 AD, when he fled to Jinling with the Court of the Southern Song Dynasty, he wrote the words "Meet Huan and Go to the West Tower of Jinling City":

Jinling City on the West Building, leaning on the Qingqiu. The sunset is falling, and the river is flowing. The Central Plains are chaotic, the hairpins are scattered, when will they be collected? Try Qian's sad wind blows tears, through Yangzhou.

Jinling, another name for Jiankang, the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty, was not threatened by Jin Bing at that time. After escaping here, Zhu Dunru, who had been in the dust all the way, was able to take a breather for a while. however

At this time, when he climbed the tower and looked at the scene of the river rushing at sunset, what he felt was no longer the magnificence of the mountains and rivers, but the endless sadness. Like all patriots, Zhu Dunru was in Jinling, but his heart was tied to the great rivers and mountains that had fallen in the north, and he had the ambition to resist the Jin soldiers and recover the lost land.

After that, in order to avoid the scourge of war, Zhu Dunru took the waterway from Jinling all the way south and lived in Lingnan Xiongzhou (present-day Nanxiong, Guangzhou). Along the way, he wrote down many nostalgic works, such as "Remembering Qin'e Frost Wind Urgently":

Frost is windy. Plum blossom white on Gangnam Road. Plum blossom white. Cold creek remnant moon, cold village deep snow. Luoyang drunkenly once picked together. Shui xi zhu outside often reminisce. Always reminisce. Baochao double phoenix, sideburns spring color.

The plum blossoms in Jiangnan reminded him of the plum blossoms and many beautiful past events in Luoyang City, and now, the old garden is difficult to return, leaving him with only endless thoughts. Another example is "Picking Mulberry Peng Langji":

Bian Zhou went to be a Jiangnan guest, and the goose was lonely. Thousands of miles of smoke and dust, looking back at the Central Plains full of tears. Bishan to late Tingzhou cold, maple leaf reed root. Sunset Waven, sad resignation to go to the countrymen.

When the writer went south from Jinling to Xiongzhou, he once passed through Gulangji, Jiangxi, and at this time he was like a lost flock of lonely geese being taken to the farther south by a flat leaf boat, seeing that he was getting farther and farther away from his hometown, looking north, he couldn't help but feel infinite loneliness, and couldn't help but tears.

The term "Flowers in the Rain and Lingnan Zuo" was composed by Zhu Dunru when he arrived in Lingnan. The upper part of the word is his recollection of the romantic past of the carnival and grand travels, while the lower part is a lament about his situation of being forced to flee south and send people to the fence, and in this sentence, "Empty saying, dragon reclining, who takes the title of marquis", there is also his lament that the small court of the Southern Song Dynasty is in a quiet corner, and he has a heart of enthusiasm for serving the country but has no way to ask for help.

Although this northern guest who lived in the south refused to leave the army twice after the southern crossing, it was because the time was not ripe, in fact, his heart was very eager to defeat the enemy and return to his hometown! In 1133, when the Court of the Southern Song Dynasty moved its capital to Lin'an (present-day Hangzhou), and finally established a foothold in the southeast to follow up and recruit sages, Zhu Dunru, who was already fifty-two years old at this time, suddenly made an unexpected move - to become an official!

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="125" > from full of enthusiasm to "everything is destined"</h1>

Zhu Dunru's sudden summons to the throne seemed sudden on the surface, and seemed to contradict his self-proclaimed lofty ambition of "looking at the prince several times", but in fact it was not. In 1133 AD, the world had undergone drastic changes: the Jin soldiers withdrew from Jiangnan and suspended the southern invasion; the Southern Song Dynasty court moved the capital to Hangzhou and temporarily gained a foothold; because of Yue Fei and other famous generals, the peasant uprisings and bandits in the southern regions were suppressed, and some defensive Jin soldiers were deployed on the border between the north and the south, and there was a glimmer of hope for recovering the lost land in the north; many celebrities who resigned or lived in seclusion at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, such as Chen Ding, Xu Tian and others, returned to become officials... These signs all made the new dynasty presided over by Emperor Gaozong of Song look like a new look, and Zhu Dunru had the hope that the Ming Emperor had already emerged. As far as Zhu Dunru himself is concerned, since Nandu, his encounters with his friends and the scenes of displaced people he has seen with his own eyes have also stimulated his inner desire for renunciation. Water Dragon Yin · The word "Let the ship go for a thousand miles" reflects his desire to serve the country:

Put the ship thousands of miles away, slightly for Wu Shan to stay. Yuntun Water House, Tao Sui Goddess, Jiujiang East Note. The northern guest is fluttering, the heart is biased, and the years will be twilight. Nian Yi, Song Old Cain, Nest, Yu Old Friend, Nan Ke Meng, Soo Ru Xu!

Looking back at the demon atmosphere, I asked where are the heroes in the world? Strange plots to serve the country, poor and useless, dust and white feathers. Iron lock across the river, Jinfan surfing, Sun Lang liang bitter. But I knocked on Gui Zhao, mourned "Father Liang", and tears flowed like rain.

Although the Jiangnan landscape is charming and moving, Zhu Dunru at this time has no intention of appreciating it. Recalling that the past of his homeland had become an old dream, when the country was in danger, he issued a question" to ask the world, where are the heroes? Sighing, how he longed for a hero in the DPRK to stand up and turn the tide, and also looked forward to the day when he could "scheming to repay the country". In the term "Su Wu Slow", Zhu Dunru wrote more bluntly about his ambition to resist the Jin soldiers and recover the lost land:

Pillow sea mountains, Lingjiang tide, pheasant autumn wind remnants. Idle looking for guizi, trying to listen to the ling song, the lake is cool in the evening. A few orchid boats, lotus pickers, return to the flowers to annoy each other. Nai Chang'an was gone, Liu Lang was old, and he was secretly hurt.

Whoever believes, the old wind, and now he is haggard, but the five tombs are young. Every time the flowers are poured, when the wine is firmly resigned, it is often lazy songs and lazy laughs. We must eliminate Feng Tianwei, sweep away the frenzied prisoners, and straighten out all the problems. Gong ChiSong joined hands to re-ride the bright moon and then visit Peng Island.

This time, when he was summoned thousands of miles from Lingnan to Lin'an, Zhu Dunru thought of "sweeping away the frenzied prisoners and rectifying the situation."

After arriving in Lin'an, the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty, Zhu Dunru was highly regarded by Emperor Gaozong of Song for his clear discussion when he met Shengshang, and was soon given the title of Jinshi (進士), was given the title of Secretary of the Province, changed his name to Zuo ChengfengLang (左承郎) and bingbu Lang (兵部郎官) the following year, and a few years later was promoted to the post of Prison Of the Two Zhejiang East Road( Liangzhe East Road).

Although it was more than half a hundred years old, Zhu Dunru believed that he was still alive and old, and he was full of ambition and eager to help the xianjun revitalize the country and recover the lost land, so since entering the dynasty, he firmly supported the main war faction and called on the imperial court to actively resist the Jin soldiers, welcome back Hui, and the Second Emperor qin. However, an incident that occurred in the summer of 1140 AD shocked the government and the public, and also dealt a heavy blow to the hesitant Zhu Dunru. In 1140 AD, Yue Fei, a famous general of the Southern Song Dynasty, led the Yue family army all the way north, won many battles, and finally besieged Wushu at the town of Xuexian. This should have been a great joy for the government and the public to celebrate, but unexpectedly, just when Yue Fei defeated Wushu and killed Wushu and had to abandon Kaifeng to cross the river north, the imperial court issued twelve gold medals in one day, with harsh wording, ordered the Yue family's army to withdraw, and ordered Yue Fei to immediately return to Beijing to see Shengshang.

The edict was heinously absurd, but Yue Fei had to learn from it, he knew that this ten-year achievement would be a failure, and he cried bitterly on the spot. And the fact is also as Yue Fei predicted, as soon as the Yue family army withdrew, the Jin soldiers made a comeback, and the central plains land that countless soldiers in the Southern Song Dynasty exchanged for their lives and blood and tears was once again lost.

The most tragic thing is that in order to collude with the Jin people, the surrender factions such as Song Gaozong and Qin Ju actually created an unjust case in 1141 AD -- yue Fei's father and son who were loyal to the country were imprisoned on the charge of "false accusations", and the following year Chinese New Year's Eve Ying Wushu "must kill Yue Fei, and then he and Kecheng" requested that Yue Fei father and son be brutally killed in the Dali Temple prison. In this year, Yue Fei was only thirty-nine years old, just in the prime of his heroic life, and his son Yue Yun was only twenty-three years old.

After Yue Fei was killed, Qin Ju vigorously purged the remaining generals and ministers of the main war faction in the dprk. Under such a general situation, Zhu Dunru felt deeply powerless. Soon, he was impeached for disagreeing with Qin Ju's peace-seeking policy, and was stripped of his post in zhejiang and given vacant posts. At this time, whether to go or to stay, Zhu Dunru's heart is full of contradictions, and this fierce struggle is fully expressed in the phrase "Su Mu Sha Jiu Ju Empty":

The wine jug is empty, and the song fan is gone. Leaning alone in a dangerous building, infinitely sad. The grass is cloudy and twilight. The mountains and rivers of the homeland, a shower of yellow plum rain.

Wizards, useless. The grand festival drifts to zero, and suffers a lot from the world. To refer to the void to ask for the way. Looking back on the storm, I did not bear to resign to the Lord.

It is difficult to recover the homeland, and it is difficult to return to the homeland. Although Zhu Dunru was still in the imperial court, he understood that even a prodigy like Yue Fei had fallen into such a tragic situation, he was just a personal and soft-spoken official, and his enthusiasm for serving the country could not be realized. Faced with such a reality, he felt powerless and helpless, so he sighed that "there are wizards and no uses." Then, since it is impossible to realize the ideal in the DPRK, why not simply return?

Zhu Dunru also thought about returning home and retiring to the mountains and forests again, but he was not willing to leave his post without doing anything, so he always could not make up his mind to "resign the Lord". Fast forward a few years. In 1149 AD, Zhu Dunru was already an old man who was nearly ancient.

The world is as short as a spring dream, and human feelings are as thin as autumn clouds. No need to worry about hard work. All things have a destiny.

Fortunately, three glasses of wine are good, and a new flower is new. Laughter and blind dates. Tomorrow is cloudy and uncertain.

As written in this poem "Xi Jiang Yue, The World Is Short as a Spring Dream", "The world is as short as a spring dream", everything is predestined, let the past pass, why bother? As for tomorrow, no one knows what will happen. If that's the case, why not seize a moment of joy and cherish the good wine and flowers in front of you?

After several years of hesitation, Zhu Dunru finally saw clearly, finally despaired, and finally stopped fantasizing, he resolutely asked to return, and returned to the depths of the "Taoyuan" as a hermit. It can be said that this is Zhu Dunru's thorough understanding of life, and it is also his helpless compromise with fate.

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="187" > "unrestrained" worldly immortals</h1>

Shake your head out of the red dust, wake up drunk more seasonally. Live in green and green, accustomed to frost and snow. Late wind set fishing idle, up and down is the new moon. Thousands of miles of water and sky are the same, and see the lonely Hongming extinction.

In the phrase "Good Things Near: Shake Your Head out of Red Dust", this old fisherman who is awake and drunk all the time, wearing a bucket hat, wearing a coat, and driving a flat boat to fish leisurely in the lake, is Zhu Dunru after his retreat.

After resigning from his official position, Zhu Dunru has been living in seclusion in the Jiahe area (present-day Jiaxing, Zhejiang), living a life of idleness that does not care about the world, fishing on the lake, and walking on the snow to find plums. During this time, he wrote a number of words describing this reclusive life, which described his daily life and his transcendent state of mind in his later years. For example, "Grateful for the Emperor's Grace: A Little Garden":

A small garden, two or three acres of land. Flowers and bamboo should be rotated and embellished. The hibiscus hut has a mountain home flavor. Wait for idle pool to drink, drunk in the forest.

All for their own home, nothing in the chest. Scenery scrambles to take advantage of the game. Happy, how many years are left to live on earth. Whoever is in the cave is outside the dust.

There are flowers and bamboo next to his house, and there are mountains and water in front of the house. He guarded his own small world, and often watched the clouds and played the flute on the lake alone, entertaining himself. As written in the "Bu Operator Gu Jian Yi Zhi Mei":

An ancient stream of plums, free from garden locks. The road is far away from the mountains and is not afraid of the cold, like a common spring. Who knows, Tochi is hard to do. Alone and alone, the moon came to look for me. Zhu Dunru is the plum blossom in the wild, no longer dreaming of the world, but "alone and alone", quietly accompanied by the landscape and the bright moon. If a friend came, he rowed the boat to the shore and returned home with the guests. His home is arranged in a very different way, with instruments such as guqin, zhu, and ruan hanging on the wall, and all kinds of rare birds inhabiting the eaves, while the indoor baskets, containers such as silk are always prepared with various fruits and preserved fruits, and when a guest comes, he will take it to entertain the guests. (See Zhou Mi's "Chenghuai Record") Zhu Dunru's later life was like an idle cloud and wild crane, and his words in this period were also full of handsome and clean air, like the sound of dust, which won him the reputation of "word jun" in the word world.

However, in 1155 AD, Zhu Dunru, who had always enjoyed prestige in the government and the public and was already seventy-four years old, was invited by Qin Ju to become an official again. Although Zhu Dunru stayed in the official position of Shaoqing Hongxu for only eighteen days before retiring due to Qin Juniper's death, this dramatic episode became a major stain on his life and was criticized by the people of the time. At that time, some people even wrote poems to ridicule him: "The people of Shaomushan have been hanging on the crown for a long time, and they don't know what to do in Chang'an." Now the plum blossoms are drunk, and it may not be the prince's eyes. In fact, as Zhu Dunru wrote in the words "Xijiang Yue Ri Ri Shen Cup full of wine":

The glass of wine is full day by day, and the flowers bloom towards the small garden. Self-singing and dancing, unrestrained and unhindered.

Qingshi has had several spring dreams, and how many wizards huangquan have. No need to worry about it and arrange it, and it is now.

He has seen through the world and is willing to live in seclusion for the rest of his life, living a life of drinking and enjoying flowers and enjoying himself. But in life, how can everything be done? The trees want to be quiet and the wind is not stopping. At that time, Qin Juniper, the chancellor of the imperial court, wanted to win over the literati to whitewash Taiping, and Qin Juniper's son Qin Xi liked poetry, and Qin Ju used Zhu Dunru precisely to make him a teacher for his son. For this matter, Zhu Dunru, who was of high character and used plum blossoms as a metaphor, could have refused to accept it, but before that, his son had been pulled into the court by Qin Ju as an official. Of course, Zhu Dunru knew Qin Juniper's treacherous and cruel nature, and he was so condescending and seeking perfection, but he was really deeply affectionate and afraid that his beloved son would encounter an accident under Qin Juniper's hands! However, how many people at the time knew about his situation? How many of them can understand his helplessness? In the face of the accusations and ridicule of the world, Zhu Dunru, who was already in his twilight years, could not defend himself, and had to silently bear the calamity brought to him by fate. Looking back on his life, he once wrote in "Linjiang Xian Can Laugh at an Upside Down Dream":

It is a ridiculous upside-down dream, and Yuan Lai is like a floating cloud. Dust labor what is the most intimate. This morning is busy until night, and it is spring after wax.

The flowing water has no place to live, and the flying light suddenly sinks to the west. Who is a century-old man in the world. In the middle of it, you must keep your eyes on your own body.

I think that when he was clean and self-righteous and lived in seclusion in the mountains and forests, because he resigned from the government three times in contempt of the magnates, he was regarded by the world as a celebrity of high character, and now, for various reasons, he mistakenly entered the career path, returned without success, and in his later years, he provoked such a farce that was laughed at by the world. Zhu Dunru realized that year after year, time passed in a hurry in the busy, life was less than a hundred, and all a person could do was "recognize his own body". However, how do you "recognize your own body"? What should be the basis for measuring the things of the world, true and false, right and wrong? Zhu Dunru gave his own answer to this question in "Linjiang Immortals Believe in the Void without a Thing":

Believing in the void is nothing, and there is much discussion in it. The wind is tight after the white clouds are busy. Feng Yuan did not live, and Yun Zi did not hide.

Don't listen to the idle words of the ancients, and eventually lose your horse and lose your sheep. Self-examination of their own intestines. All of them shattered, emitting a large round light.

Saying that "Sai weng lost his horse, it is not a blessing to know", "it is not too late to make up for the lost sheep", no matter how to justify, the horse and the sheep have been lost, this is a fait accompli! The so-called theory of the transformation of blessings and misfortunes by the ancients is, after all, nothing more than obsession. In Zhu Dunru's view, if a person wants to truly transcend suffering, his own heart should be decided by himself, jumping out of all the comments of others, in order to truly attain detachment and attain inner fulfillment. This old man, who has experienced many vicissitudes, has clearly recognized his own foothold, realized that the four great voids are empty, and is no longer bound by the world. Whether it is praise or ridicule, no matter what the world says, he only guards his pure heart, becomes an old fisherman in the mountains and wilderness, and comes and goes with the wind in the mountains and rivers.
