1. Exhibition theme

4. Detailed rules for the solicitation of papers
1. All submitted photographic works, black and white, color is not limited, single or group photos can be, single or a group photo is 1 piece, each group photo is limited to 4 to 10 photos.
2. No text, watermarks and borders shall be added to the pictures of submitted works, and no framed designs shall be installed, and illegal works will not participate in the selection.
3. The submitted works shall be expressed in a documentary manner, and the photos can only be appropriately adjusted for hue, brightness, saturation, color balance and composition, and shall not be synthesized, added and other technical processing, and shall not provide computer creativity and change the original image of the work.
4. The electronic file requirements for submitted works are unified into JPG format, camera pictures of photographic works are more than 5MB, and digital electronic original files. Electronic work file name: the title of the work + the name of the author + the contact number + the time and place of shooting (or the introduction of the work). The work must be original, must not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, and all legal disputes arising from photographic works are the responsibility of the author.
5. Group photo works should be added serial number after the name of the work (for example: "Festive 01 + Li X + Telephone + 2020.10 + Wuwei City Gulang County .jpg, Wuwei City 02 + Li X + Telephone + 2020.10 + Wuwei City Gulang County .jpg). Unlabeled or unlabeled works shall be handled by the Organizer itself.
6. Calligraphy and fine art works should be 4 feet vertical width, the maximum is not more than 6 feet of vertical width, calligraphy works for cursive writing should be accompanied by interpretation, exhibitors should not be framed.
7. The calligraphy and art works exhibited in the exhibition shall paste the registration card in the lower right corner of the back of the work, write the title of the work, the author's name, age, work unit, and contact telephone number in block letters, and submit a written author profile of less than 200 words.
8. Each author can not provide more than 2 works, all use the real name, pseudonym, duplicate registration will not be judged.
9. There is no fee for this exhibition, the winning works are compiled and printed by the Municipal Sect Committee, and the participating works are handled by the organizers after consultation with the author.
5. Special instructions
1. The organizer invites the city's calligraphy and painting photography experts to form a selection committee, in line with the principle of fairness, justice and openness, according to the ideological, artistic, technical and historical value of the works, from the aspects of lighting, framing, color, composition, appeal and other aspects of comprehensive selection.
2. The organizer has the right to split the group photo into a single exhibition according to the actual situation of the manuscript.
3. The submitted author should ensure that he is the actual author of the submitted work, it is strictly forbidden to use high imitation and plagiarism to submit works to participate in the exhibition, to ensure that the submitted works do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties such as copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc., and the legal consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the contributor himself, so if it brings adverse effects and damage to the interests of the organizer, the organizer has the right to recover from the exhibitors.
4. The works in the exhibition are selected and launched on the two public accounts of "Wuwei Daily" and "Wuwei Radio and Television Station".
5. The author enjoys the right of signature, and the organizer has the right to use all selected works and text descriptions for public welfare publicity, publishing albums, compilations, exhibitions, recommending relevant media publications, etc., and no longer pay remuneration.
6. During the period of style creation, please abide by the system regulations of the local party committee and government and relevant units and departments on epidemic prevention and control work, and take protective measures to ensure safety.
7. All contributors are deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of this call for papers, and the organizer has the right of final interpretation.
6. The honor setting of the works in the exhibition
This exhibition plans to select about 100 excellent works (groups), set up the first, second and third prizes and selection awards, and issue honorary certificates and remuneration for the award-winning works.
7. Posting method
1. Photographic works can only be delivered online electronically.
2. Calligraphy and painting works are only accepted in paper copies, which can be submitted in person and by post, and the mailing deadline is February 28, 2022 (subject to the local postmark of the contestants).
3. The exhibited works need to provide the electronic version of the work introduction and the author's detailed information (the author's real name, unit, occupation, correspondence address, email address, contact telephone number, etc.), and if the contact is affected due to incomplete personal information submitted, it is deemed to automatically give up the qualification to participate in the exhibition.
4. Package all electronic works and explanatory documents into an electronic compression package, and the name of the compression package shall be indicated in the following order: a relative of the Chinese nation + a city (county) + the author's real name + contact number.
5. The packaged works and instructions are sent to the submission mailbox, the email title and the title of the package should indicate the words "Chinese nation family pro" to facilitate the collection of manuscripts, and the mailbox will automatically reply after submission, and the organizer will not reply through other communication methods. The organizer is not responsible for the airdrop caused by its own unexpected circumstances.
