Rural revitalization thinking comes first
Wuwei City has persistently grasped the "rich head" and the "rich pocket" together, vigorously implemented the project of "casting the soul and improving the ability" of cadres and the "theme training plan for rural grassroots cadres to revitalize the countryside.", and successively held training courses for outstanding young cadres to improve their political quality and ability, training classes for middle-aged and young cadres, and training classes for rural party organization secretaries to grasp party building and promote rural revitalization. Build a strong organization and consolidate the fortress
Whether the rural areas are rich or not depends on the branches. Wuwei City regards laying the foundation at the grass-roots level as a long-term plan and a move to consolidate the foundation, vigorously implements the "three projects" of advanced leadership, backward transformation, and intermediate promotion, solidly carries out the activities of party branches to "achieve standards and create stars, and create excellence as a whole", and cultivates 48 provincial-level standardized advanced party branches, 435 municipal "five-star" party branches, and 50 weak and scattered village party organizations.

Focus on doing in-depth and practical changes in the "second half of the article", solidly carry out the "six ones" theme activities for village cadres and the rural revitalization "post training, business competition" activities, guide rural cadres to work hard when they take office, sprint at the beginning, and solve more than 4,300 problems that the masses are anxious about, such as road maintenance, environmental sanitation and rectification, cultivation of characteristic industries, and farmland leveling and transformation.
Wuwei City regards the grass-roots level and the front line of practice as an important platform for cultivating talents and training cadres, vigorously implements the talent revitalization project, sets up a rural revitalization college in Wuwei Vocational College, sets up 13 expert service teams, and selects 566 science and technology commissioners to sink the grass-roots level to guide industrial development. The implementation of the "Tianma Talents" plan, 98 grass-roots agricultural technicians were selected in batches to study in colleges and universities, and 51 professional and technical personnel in the fields of education and medical treatment were sent to Jizhou District of Tianjin for further study.
