In the summer of 2014, he happened to pass by the Shanshui Wenyuan Community and was touched by this kind act when he saw Liu Qingtao, president of the Liaocheng Sinology Research and Dissemination Promotion Association, transforming his villa into a public welfare lecture hall. "Come on! We need professionals like you. At the warm invitation of Liu Qingtao, Ning Dengguo embarked on the road of volunteering to explain traditional culture to the people.

"It is a big challenge for ordinary people to understand the classics. I am not lecturing, but talking about heart-to-heart sharing, using the form of stories to make the original obscure ancient texts easy to understand, and sharing their reading experience with everyone. ”

Several lectures were held at the Moral School in Hantun Town, and the response was very good, and Ning Dengguo was invited to the Gulou Lecture Hall to preach the "Tao". Every Saturday at 7 p.m., Ning Dengguo appeared on time in the Gulou Lecture Hall to give lectures to citizens who loved Chinese studies, and printed and distributed lecture notes at his own expense.
