After listening to the report, Cha Dengguo pointed out that balanced case conclusion is the focus of trial management work in the future, and all middle and grass-roots courts should correctly interpret the purpose and significance of the balanced case conclusion indicators, scientifically decompose the annual goals and tasks, control the relative balance between the monthly collection and conclusion of cases, avoid surprise case closure at the end of the year, and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of trial management. At the same time, it is necessary to actively respond to the surge in the number of cases related to the epidemic in the context of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. The Provincial High Court will also give timely guidance on the application of law in the trial and enforcement of such cases.

Subsequently, the research team retrieved 120 civil case files concluded by the Baohe Court in 2019 for information entry and inspection.
