According to the report, during Au Nok-hwan's 2018 legislative by-election in Hong Kong Island, singer Wong Yiu-ming sang on stage at the District's campaign meeting, and Wong later appealed to those attending the rally to vote for Au Nok-xuan in the above-mentioned election, and Au Nok-hin also listed the performance as an election advertisement. Signing a conservative act is not a punishment, but a preventive measure. A person who is required to sign a conservative act shall undertake to maintain good conduct and abide by law and discipline by means of a guarantee, in a certain amount, and by self-signed or by other guarantors, for a period of no more than three years. The order to sign a conservative conduct must specify what the offender cannot do during the guarantee period.
