Since the implementation of the family planning policy, the original huge population pressure has been rapidly alleviated, China's economy has also achieved rapid development, and the existing problems of excessive population and uneven land distribution have also been solved; at the same time, the general quality of the people of the whole country has gradually improved, and the Chinese nation has truly stood firm among the nations of the world.
What is not known, however, is that Mr. Ma Yinchu, who proposed this family planning policy, married two wives and had eight children. And this became the only place in his life that was criticized.

Especially when he saw that countless people were displaced by the war, Ma Yinchu secretly decided to change the current state of China.
He studied hard day and night, and finally got the opportunity to go to the United States for deep study in 1960, and enrolled in Yale University, an American institution of higher learning, and then admitted to Columbia University with excellent results.
Ma Yinchu, who could have spent his life in the United States safely, never forgot his motherland at any time, and resolutely refused the invitation of high-tech work in the United States and returned to China.
Although China was in a period of warlord chaos at that time, Ma Yinchu, who was highly educated, was still valued by many warlord politicians, who invited him to come to his door to do things.
However, Ma Yinchu, who was bent on serving the country, refused the entrapment of these high-ranking officials and politicians one by one, and turned around and went to teach at Peking University.
In Ma Yinchu's heart, the high-ranking official Houlu was never the life belief he pursued, and what really took root in his heart was the sincere patriotic heart. From 1939 to 1940, during the critical period of China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Japanese authorities, who were in a dilemma at this time, began to mobilize helicopters to bomb various urban areas in China in order to save Japan's imminent defeat in the Pacific region, and Chongqing, which was then the base of the Nationalist government, also became a key bombing target.
At this time, the internal politics of the Kuomintang reactionaries were dark, and the anti-Japanese war was in an unfavorable situation, but the four major families of Jiang, Song, Kong, and Chen took advantage of the internal and external troubles of the country to use their own power to hoard grain and make the country rich.
After seeing all this, Mr. Ma Yinchu, a patriot, immediately gave a public speech in Chongqing, angrily scolding Chiang Kai-shek and others for their shameless behavior.
Mr. Ma Yinchu's behavior of not being afraid of the powerful and daring to speak out for the people has aroused the patriotic enthusiasm of people from all walks of life, and has made countless young students follow his example and follow suit.
However, Mr. Ma Yinchu's approach violated the interests of the four major families and made Chiang Kai-shek, the ruler of the Nationalist government, even more dissatisfied.
Even so, Mr. Ma Yinchu, under repeated threats from the KMT authorities, insisted on publishing articles attacking the shortcomings of the times. Finally, in a public speech, he pointed directly at the Kuomintang rulers and frankly said that they were not heroes of the Chinese nation but heroes of the four major families. This remark also made Chiang Kai-shek angry and ordered his secret arrest.
In this way, Mr. Ma Yinchu spent nearly two years in prison, until 1941, under the oppression of communists and countless patriots, the Kuomintang authorities were forced to change Mr. Ma Yinchu, who was imprisoned in prison, to his home. It was not until the eve of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan that Mr. Ma Yinchu was able to return to school to teach.

Ma Yinchu's first wife met and married under the arrangement of her family, although this wife is illiterate, she is very virtuous and kind, and is more considerate to her husband, Mr. Ma Yinchu.
However, when the first child of the two was born, Ma Yinchu went to the United States to study. As time passed, due to the long-term separation of the two people, Ma Yinchu gradually fell in love with a girl who was 22 years younger than himself.
In 1971, Ma Yinchu officially married the girl. At the same time, the two wives got along very harmoniously at home, and even gave birth to 8 children for him.

In Mr. Ma Yinchu's view, New China has just been established, the economic development is slow, and the quality of the population is generally low, which may cause many troublesome problems if it is not controlled.
Subsequently, Mr. Ma Yinchu began to write articles on family planning and discussed this issue with Premier Zhou many times.
Eventually, the project of family planning was again proposed at the Supreme Council of State in 1957. He admits that if a family only has one child, it is a little less, and it is very good to have two children, but having three children requires certain punishment.
In order to make family planning more recognizable, Mr. Ma Yinchu personally wrote the book "New Population Theory".
However, this behavior was resisted by many literati, and even some newspapers began to criticize Mr. Ma Yinchu's behavior as a spy for Western countries.
Originally a patriot, he turned into a Western spy, and Mr. Ma Yinchu had no choice but to resign as president of Peking University under the criticism of many people.
Two years later, Mr. Ma Yinchu, who was already 80 years old, was diagnosed with pneumonia, and after 10 years of fighting the disease, Mr. Ma Yinchu, 90 years old, was diagnosed with cancer again, and although he received timely treatment, he was paralyzed in his lower body.
But thankfully, in 1979, Mr. Ma Yinchu finally put an end to the injustice, and this dedicated man was once again respected by everyone.
Family planning was also formally adopted, and It turned out that Mr. Ma Yinchu's vision was very correct. In 1982, Mr. Ma Yinchu died of illness at the age of 100.
Mr. Lu Xun once said that since ancient times, the Chinese nation has never lacked people who have buried their heads in hard work and asked for the people's lives, and although these people have left forever, their spirit has forged the backbone of China.
