Nan'an Park Group was officially unveiled

On the morning of October 25, Nan'an Park Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled. Chen Qian, member of the Standing Committee of the Nan'an Municipal Party Committee and vice mayor of the Municipal Government, and Huang Quanchun, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the Nan'an Economic Development Zone, jointly inaugurated the park group.

In November 2020, the nan'an industrial park integration and institutional mechanism reform plan was officially implemented. In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the Nan'an Municipal Party Committee on the integration of Nan'an Municipal Industrial Park and the reform and innovation of institutional mechanisms, promote the organic integration with the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone, and help the development of the Industrial Park, in May 2021, the Group relocated to the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone and officially realized the joint office with the Economic Development Zone.

Nan'an Park Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd. was registered on December 26, 2017 and is a wholly-owned state-owned state-owned enterprise of Nan'an State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Over the past three years, the park group has closely focused on the work deployment and requirements of the Nan'an Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, comprehensively promoted the reform and reorganization of the municipal park, integrated and revitalized high-quality resources, and built a mutually promoted organic and unified industrial park development platform, the total assets of the group jumped from 3.5 billion yuan at the beginning of its establishment to 8.695 billion yuan, the development and construction of the park involved 17 industrial parks, investment and operation involved 11 industries, and the group gradually changed to a comprehensive park service operator integrating investment and financing, park development and park operation.

The unveiling of the park group is a new starting point for development. The Group will continue to practice the responsibility of state-owned enterprises, consciously undertake the heavy responsibility of the development of the park, closely follow the new development goals, take the reform of the secondary system and mechanism of the municipal industrial park as an opportunity, actively promote market-oriented operation around the industrial characteristics of "one district and multiple parks", implement refined management, enlarge and optimize the assets of the park, promote industrial agglomeration and integration of industry and city at a high level, help the high-quality development of the industrial park, and provide strong support for the economic and social development of Nan'an.
