Recently, the risk of social spread of the epidemic in Xi'an has been effectively controlled, and the overall epidemic has entered the tail-end stage. On January 11, 2022, Xi'an City issued the relevant policies for stranded persons to leave the city: strictly restrict the departure from the city for those stranded in medium- and high-risk areas and the districts and counties (development zones) where they are located; for those stranded in other districts and counties (development zones), they must not leave the city unless necessary, and if they really need to leave the city, they must be approved by the street office (town) or development zone, and leave the city with a negative nucleic acid test certificate and a health code "green code" within 48 hours. In view of the frequent flow of people during the Spring Festival and the increased risk of epidemic import and transmission, in order to effectively monitor the health of people returning from Xi'an City and ensure the health and safety of the people of the province, the following warm tips are given.
I. The general public stranded in Xi'an City is requested to consciously abide by the local epidemic prevention and control regulations and take the initiative to cooperate with relevant departments to implement various epidemic prevention measures. Those who plan to return to Qianqian should strictly follow the policy of xi'an city's stranded personnel leaving the city to regulate and orderly flow, and make a personal health declaration in advance on the "Guizhou health code". During the journey, please wear masks throughout the whole process, adhere to the normalization of prevention and control measures such as frequent hand washing, regular ventilation, and maintaining safe social distancing, and properly save tickets for inquiry.
2. From now on, those returning from Xi'an City who hold a release certificate issued by the local township (street) and above epidemic prevention and control department in Xi'an City (students can hold the release certificate issued by the school) and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and a health code "green code", after arriving in Qianqian, strictly follow the requirements of relevant epidemic prevention and control measures, and implement the "three days and two inspections" measures in a classified manner. Where there is no relevant release certificate, all returnees to Qian are strictly controlled with reference to medium- and high-risk areas. The above prevention and control measures will be adjusted in a timely manner according to the epidemic situation in Xi'an.
Third, after the arrival of returnees from outside the province, please carefully do a good job of self-health monitoring for 14 days, during which time try to avoid going to crowded places, participate in gathering activities and take public transportation such as subways and buses. Once there is fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell, decreased taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea and other suspected symptoms of new crown pneumonia, you must immediately wear a mask and go to the nearest fever clinic for treatment, and do not take public transportation such as subways and buses on the way.
Fourth, recently, Haidian District of Beijing Municipality, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province and other places have been infected by receiving international mail incidents, please pay close attention to the epidemic situation at home and abroad, do not purchase imported goods, food and cold chain food of unknown origin, cautiously purchase domestic medium and high-risk and epidemic-related products, and minimize the risk of infection. When receiving express parcels, especially international mail, please adhere to personal protection, wear disposable gloves and masks, and avoid direct contact with your hands. After receiving the courier package, disinfect it immediately and do a good job of hand hygiene, avoid touching the conjunctiva such as eyes, nose, mouth and so on with your hands.
