On the afternoon of January 19, the 7th Member Congress of Hai'an Civic Writers association was held in Hai'an Culture and Arts Center to elect a new board of directors.
Xu Yong, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Hai'an Municipal CPC Committee, Ye Chenling, vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, attended the event, and 36 member representatives of the Hai'an Civic Writers association attended the meeting.
Xu Yong fully affirmed the work achievements of the Hai'an Civic Writers Association since its sixth membership, conveyed the greetings of Comrade Lu Lin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and minister of propaganda, to the members of the Folk Writers Association, and conveyed the hopes and requirements of the municipal leaders for the work of the Folk Writers Association. Xu Yong stressed that the smooth convening of this meeting is also an important measure to implement the work deployment of the Municipal Cultural Development Conference and promote the work of the associations (schools) of the Hai'an Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature.
The meeting summarized the work since the Sixth General Assembly, revised the Articles of Association, elected a new Council, and discussed the development plan of the prosperous Hai'an Folk Art Cause.
After fully promoting democracy and consultation, the conference elected a new Council.
