Schnauzer's feeding points
The schnauzer baby cannot eat meat or drink milk for two months when he arrives at home. It is advisable to eat porridge or dry food soaked in water. Some other foods often cause indigestion, thinning, etc., so do not let dogs eat.
When the schnauzer is under 2 months of age, it needs to eat about 110g of dog food per day. Since the dog is still in its infancy, the owner can soak the dog food and then give it to the dog.
At the age of 3 months, it is about 120g per day, and at this stage, the owner can gradually convert dog food from soft food to dry food.
4-month-old dogs need to eat 125-140g of dog food every day, under normal circumstances, their food intake will be fixed at this time, and the owner only needs to feed the dog according to the standard of 125-140g every day.
After Schnauzer is one year old, although many people still feed it twice a day, it is actually enough to feed it once a day. Feeding times should be fixed as much as possible. For the case of feeding once a day, it is recommended to feed at night, because animals generally love to lie still and sleep after feeding.
Clean, fresh water should be available at all times.
Note: For schnauzer feeding, it is very important not to feed the schnauzer too much meat, otherwise the schnauzer is prone to skin problems.
