On September 25, the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Digital Trade Fair"), an international event in the field of digital trade, opened in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.

This year's Digital Trade Fair was held at the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center from September 25th to 29th, focusing on "national, international, and digital trade flavor", and highlighting the seeing, feeling, playing, and obtainable content of the Digital Trade Fair through key sections such as exhibitions, supporting activities, results release, and digital trade online.
After settling in the new venue, Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, the total scale of the exhibition reached 150,000 square meters, an increase of 88% over the previous session, with 1 comprehensive exhibition area and 8 characteristic digital industry exhibition areas. Kazakhstan and Thailand participated in the conference as guest of honor and set up exhibitions in the comprehensive exhibition area to showcase the development achievements of digital trade and advanced digital solutions, and share experience in the development of the digital field.
At the Digital Trade Fair, a number of well-known global digital trade companies such as Alibaba, iFLYTEK, AstraZeneca, Tesla, and Amazon participated in the exhibition, and more than 1,500 companies from 32 countries and regions participated in the exhibition, with an internationalization rate of more than 20%.
The conference jointly held a launching ceremony and a series of wonderful theme activities, special activities and supporting activities such as the "Digital Trade Africa Day", the Digital Trade Night, the Digital Human Wisdom Debate Competition, and the University Participation in the Digital Trade Fair, and held a number of industry matchmaking meetings such as digital empowerment green development, low-altitude economy, and digital medical care. Guangdong Province, as the guest of honor, will hold the theme activity of "Digital Service Bay Area Pilot".
During the fair, the Invest in China - Top 500 Dialogue on the 11th Development Zone will be held to help foreign-funded enterprises further understand the new policies of opening up to the outside world and the new situation of business environment construction in the national economic development zone, and enhance the confidence of enterprises to invest in China. At the same time, the "Silk Road E-commerce Day" and other activities will be held to share China's experience and opportunities in the development of digital economy and digital trade with the world.
In addition, this year's Digital Trade Fair will also work with the United Nations International Trade Center (ITC) to release the "Global Digital Trade Development Report" for the first time, the Ministry of Commerce will release the "China Digital Commerce Development Report", "Silk Road E-commerce" Cooperation and Development Report and other reports, and Forbes China will also release authoritative lists such as Forbes China's "2024 Global Digital Trade Industry Enterprise Top 100 List".
This year's digital trade fair will also bring a wonderful audio-visual feast, with more than 400 new products and technologies debuting for the first time. Among them, the comprehensive exhibition area focuses on the achievements of digital trade such as the China Pavilion, international organizations, and guest of honor countries. Eight featured digital industry exhibition areas are in line with the hot spots of digital trade development, namely data and finance, Silk Road e-commerce, artificial intelligence, smart city, digital entertainment, digital intelligent travel, digital healthcare, and consumer electronics, showing the future trend and direction of trade under new digital technologies.

The "Low-altitude Economy Theme Exhibition Zone" specially set up in the digital intelligent travel exhibition area brings together more than 90 exhibitors from Wanfeng Auto, Hangshi Group, Tianmushan Laboratory, Guangzhou EHang, Wofei Aviation, Fanshuang Technology, Arctic Vision, and China Aviation General Aviation Research Institute, and will exhibit a total of nearly 200 exhibits in the low-altitude field, including 13 debut products, covering four typical application scenarios of inspection operations, safety emergency response, logistics and transportation, and cultural tourism.
