Wang Chen said that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and the heads of state of the five Central Asian countries, China and the five Central Asian countries have strengthened solidarity and cooperation, worked together to cope with the challenges of the epidemic, and ushered in broader prospects for cooperation. China has established a strategic partnership with all five Central Asian countries, we respect each other's independence and sovereignty and their respective choices of development paths, and firmly support each other on issues involving each other's core interests and major concerns; adhere to the concept of security and common security, and work together to combat the "three forces" and transnational organized crime; adhere to the development concept of common prosperity, and jointly build a pilot zone for the construction of the "Belt and Road". Facts have proved that China and the five Central Asian countries are good neighbors, good friends and good partners who sincerely trust each other.

Wang Chen pointed out that the Chinese Npc is willing to work with the parliaments of the five Central Asian countries to maintain and develop the good momentum of exchanges between the legislative bodies, and contribute to the implementation of the important consensus of the heads of state and the construction of a community with a shared future in Central Asia.

Wang Chen stressed that at present, the global epidemic situation is still very serious, and the international community needs to unite to fight the epidemic.
