In order to comprehensively do a good job in the safety of the city's silt dams in 2024, further weave a tight safety protection net, and completely eliminate safety risks and hidden dangers, recently, the Municipal Ecological Water Conservancy Governance Center has set up a special class for flood control supervision and inspection, and inspected 35 key silt dams for flood control in the city one by one, including 12 types of risk (there are people downstream, the effective storage capacity is more than 500,000 square meters, and there is no spillway); 13 Class II risks (effective storage capacity between 100,000 and 500,000 square meters, more than 10 people downstream and no spillway); 5 Category III risks (effective storage capacity of more than 100,000 square meters, downstream manned and no spillway); There are 5 types of risks in the four categories (effective storage capacity of more than 100,000 square meters, important facilities downstream and no spillways).
The inspection teams analyzed and judged the implementation of the flood control responsibilities of each silt dam by inspecting the three major pieces of the dam body on the spot, checking the implementation ledger of the flood control system and talking with the person responsible for flood control. In view of the existing problems, the inspection team demanded that great attention should be paid to the flood prevention work of silt dams. At present, the city has entered the critical period of flood control, all towns and streets should strictly follow the provincial and municipal silt dam flood control work deployment, effectively strengthen the frequency of duty and inspection, put an end to laxity and paralysis, pay close attention to the rain, water, flood conditions, and ensure that monitoring at any time, early warning at any time, and immediate disposal. Strictly implement the responsibility for the management of silt dams. Rely on the job responsibilities of the "three responsible persons", refine and clarify the emergency measures, and effectively improve the ability to deal with emergencies. Intensify the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers. Do a good job in cleaning up weeds and debris in drainage canals and spillways, and repair and remediate roads on dams, to ensure that floods within the standard do not collapse the dam, and there are no casualties in excessive floods, and take practical actions to build a solid flood prevention safety barrier for silt dams, and effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property.
