The action focuses on four aspects of inspection: first, whether the food label, origin, producer's name, producer's address, production date, shelf life, net content, ingredient list, implementation standard, production license number and other contents are marked on the food label according to the regulations; second, whether the name of the food indicates the true attributes of the food; Third, whether the food additives are established in the list of food ingredients, and whether the names of the food additives used are indicated according to the regulations; Fourth, whether there is forgery, fraudulent use, fabrication of the producer's name, address, place of origin, production license mark and number, whether it is forged or falsely marked production date and shelf life, whether it violates other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
Up to now, a total of 159 law enforcement officers have been dispatched to inspect 2 dairy food stores, 50 supermarkets and convenience stores, and 1 regulated farmers' market.
