Nearly 1,200 years ago, an Arab ship carrying precious goods such as ceramics, gold and silver set sail from the port of Guangzhou, carrying 67,000 pieces of cargo destined for India and North Africa via Southeast Asia, and unfortunately sank near Sumatra; until 1998, the shipwreck known as the "BlackStone" was salvaged from the waters of Java, Indonesia, and the existence of the Maritime Silk Road was strongly supported.

Among the cultural relics that came out of the water from the shipwreck, the most eye-catching one is the Tang Dynasty tribute mirror "Jiangxin Mirror" that has left a legendary record of "calling the wind and calling the rain" in the history books, and the mysterious "Jiangxin Mirror" was first discovered on the "Black Stone".

Singaporean Chinese female writer Zhang Lu explores the splendid history of the Hai Silk Road in the form of literary creation. As a messenger of cultural exchanges and friendship between China and Singapore, Zhang Lu has completed the historical legendary novel "Silk Road River Heart Mirror" after eight years of preparation and three years of creation. On December 19th, the launch ceremony and press conference of "Silk Road Jiangxin Mirror" was held in Shanghai.

Jiang Tianbai, a famous painter of the Tang Dynasty and the lord of changsha kilns, Motina, the female leader of the pirates, Siddha of the Tanisha Kingdom, Prince Jihru and the eighteen-daughter purple butterfly princess of the Tang Dynasty Emperor... "Silk Road Jiangxin Mirror" uses mysterious fiction as the entry point to unfold a series of colorful stories. Zhang Lu's exploration and experience of Jiangxinjing, the coastal city town of the Hai Silk Road and the important area of the Maritime Trade Route contributed to the birth of this work.

From budding to nurturing creation, Zhang Lu told the surging news reporter that she has been thinking about the integration and connection of history and reality, so she has explored many parts of the world, and also written the observations and harvests in the exploration into her works. She once came to the Indonesian island of East Kalimantan, stepped into the vast pristine land, explored the indigenous Daya tribe, and ate curry rice with her hands for the first time under the watchful eyes of the heroic and fearsome indigenous tribes.

There are also fragments of the customs of the ancient Indian kingdom of Tanisha, as well as the cuisine of the Tanisha kingdom. "When clapping, it is advisable to be high for the elders, for the peers, and for the younger, to show respect, reciprocity and care"; "Fish soaked in spices, grilled fish placed in tanduli grilled, minced lamb and egg liquid, beans, onions and other banchao meat sauce dishes." All kinds of details are a glimpse of Dr. Zhang Lu's eight years to complete this work.

In addition, for the important towns of the Maritime Silk Road, including Quanzhou, Huzhou and other developed areas of commodity production and commercial trade in the Tang Dynasty, Zhang Lu also excavated their common Hai silk cultural genes, and popularized the customs and customs of these areas through novels. Quanzhou is the main port of the Maritime Silk Road, located in the middle of the north and south coasts, maritime trade is particularly prosperous; Huzhou silk is famous overseas, in the poet Ai Qing's poem, there are also "silkworms in the silk, did not expect to spit out a Silk Road" good story.

In addition to China's important coastal ports, Zhang Lu said she also visited the ancient city of Malacca in Nanyang. "As the birthplace of 'Nyonya culture', Zheng He has arrived here seven times in the West. The mixed-race 'Nyonya' and 'Tsuen Tsuen' take the 'Silk Road' as a link, blend with each other, and make progress together. ”

When it comes to the Maritime Silk Road, the most attractive thing for Zhang Lu is the treasure cultural relics Jiang Xinjing. "When I gaze at these treasures several times, I seem to feel that they silently tell many stories, waiting for the world to explore." Zhang Lu said.

According to relevant historical records, Tang Tianbao's Jiangxin mirror of Yangzhou's tribute in the third year was made on the ship. At first, the sky was clear, but during the pouring of the bronze mirror, the calm river set off a huge wave of 30 feet, and the sound of dragon groans was heard, and the people in all directions heard it with their own ears. What is even more amazing is that in the eighth year of Tianbao, qinzhong did not rain for several months, and Tang Xuanzong had no way to ask for rain, so he only placed the Jiang Xin Mirror in front of the rain platform, and the heavy rain immediately fell from the sky for seven consecutive days.

As a legendary representative cultural relic, Jiang Xinjing also triggered a plot of ups and downs in the novel. Tang Xuanzong celebrities cast the Jiangxin Mirror to give to the Crown Prince of Tanisha in ancient India, and as soon as the mirror came out, the various forces fought and set off a bloody storm; at the critical juncture of the sea voyage, the Jiangxin Mirror highlighted the divine power, attracting the mermaid tribe to save everyone, but it sank into the indonesian seabed with the treasure of the whole ship. "Silk Road Jiangxin Mirror" takes the casting, appearance, and sinking of the Jiangxin Mirror to reappear in the rivers and lakes after a thousand years as clues, unfolding a picture of the Maritime Silk Road for readers, and building a bridge between modernity and history.

With copper as a mirror, you can wear a crown; with history as a mirror, you can know the rise and fall; with people as a mirror, you can see the gains and losses. Zhang Lu said: "Standing today looking back at history, civilizations exchange because of diversity, mutual benefit and mutual learning because of exchanges, common prosperity and development because of mutual learning, the Sea Silk Road carries a variety of cultures in different contexts, so this sea route is not only a trade route between China and the West, but also a road of friendship, a bridge of communication, a journey of great love, the so-called 'beauty of each other, the United States and the United States'. ”
