Recently, the Helinger County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and the Qingshuihe County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau carried out special rectification and mutual inspection of meat products.
The inspection focused on meat product production enterprises, meat product processing workshops, supermarkets, butcher shops, and chilled fresh meat stores within the jurisdiction, and a total of 10 meat product production and business units were comprehensively inspected. It mainly focuses on the main qualifications of food production and operation enterprises, the environmental sanitation of processing and business premises, whether there is any operation of counterfeit and shoddy meat products, and whether the food production and business operation units implement the main responsibility of food safety, and implement the mechanism of "daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling" in accordance with the law.
