1. Basic principles

2. Enrollment Target

1. Primary schools: As of August 31 of the year of enrollment (including August 31), children of school age with household registration in Jian'an District who have reached the age of 6, children of eligible migrant workers in the city, and students whose household registration from other places meet the requirements of the policy.

2. Junior high school: primary school graduates with household registration in Jian'an District, children of migrant workers who meet the requirements, and primary school graduates whose household registration in other places meets the requirements of the policy.

3. Enrollment Methods

(1) Enrollment of primary and junior high schools in urban areas

During the period from July 15th to July 25th, each enrollment school will issue an announcement in advance to clarify the enrollment time (at least two days will be arranged for each school), and the school-age children and their guardians will go directly to the school for on-site qualification review with relevant certification materials within the time specified by the school in the area, and the school will be responsible for reviewing the materials and verifying on the spot, and docking with the "one thing" handling platform for education enrollment in Henan Province for verification. Parents (guardians) of school-age children who fail to conduct on-site qualification reviews within the prescribed time or provide false materials shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up their qualifications to attend schools in the school district. After the school audits, the qualified student information registration form and related supporting materials will be submitted to the District Education and Sports Bureau, and the District Education and Sports Bureau will organize personnel to review from August 1 to 15. Before August 23, the school will import the information of eligible students into the Henan Provincial Compulsory Education Enrollment Service Platform, and the District Education and Sports Bureau and the school will complete the enrollment work.

(2) Enrollment of township primary and junior high schools

The registration of primary and secondary school students in township schools (including private schools) shall be carried out by the central schools of each township.

(3) Enrollment of special groups

1. Enrollment of children who have migrated with them. Adhere to the compulsory education enrollment policy of "two mains, two inclusions, and residence permits as the main basis", truly simplify the enrollment process and certification requirements for migrant children, ensure that migrant children receive compulsory education on an equal footing, and ensure that "all who should be enrolled". (1) Strengthen organizational leadership

(2) Scientifically optimize the layout of the school

(4) Improve long-term mechanisms for controlling dropouts and guaranteeing education
