Red Network Moment News, July 5 (Correspondent Wen Yizhou, Long Wenfang) On July 2, the Atenkoli Locomotive Depot in Kazakhstan held a welcome ceremony to officially receive the first CKD6S shunting locomotive made by CRRC. This is not only a warm welcome to the successful arrival of the new locomotive, but also a congratulatory gift for the SCO summit.
The CKD6S shunting locomotive project is one of the important achievements of CRRC and Kazakhstan National Railways to implement the consensus reached by the heads of state of China and Kazakhstan at the first Central Asia Summit and the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
This type of locomotive is a high-end diesel locomotive tailored by CRRC Ziyang Company for Kazakhstan National Railway, and it is also the first diesel locomotive in mainland China to meet the EAC certification requirements of the Customs Union countries. CRRC Zhuzhou Motor Co., Ltd. provided traction motors and main generators.
Traction motors
The traction motor adopts a rolling bearing structure, focusing on the optimized design of the mechanical structure and ventilation and heat dissipation capacity of the motor, which improves the reliability of the motor operation, optimizes and improves the motor connection, enhances the adaptability of the motor to the railway conditions of Kazakhstan, and has the characteristics of easy installation, good vibration resistance and high applicability.
Main generator
The main generator is a three-phase salient pole brushed excitation synchronous generator with horizontal single-bearing structure, which adopts the form of protective radial self-ventilation, which has the characteristics of large power, wide voltage regulation ratio, high insulation grade and stable performance, and is matched with a medium-speed diesel engine to provide electric energy for the vehicle traction electric transmission system.
